I got into a car wreck with a tractor trailer and hurt my back I've been tring to contact them for a year now and they can never give me a real answer or the never contact me back this is very un professional

I came to this place for help for an accident that wasnt my fault.Company seem to be helpful within the few months of my claim then suddenly my lawyer (H.Cook) leaves after several messages. I was not notified about it and had to call numerous times to get ahold of someone to find out what happened after treatment. I was assigned to a new lawyer and assistant to handle my case and still no return calls nor emails to respond to my case. It's been literally a year and still no response or update I had to immediately find someone to help me solve this issue( which is still ongoing) I will never want anyone to have to go through something like this ever. I'm very patient when it comes to stuff like this but this is very unacceptable.

Very professional and listen very attentively to my concerns in a legal matter. But could not get representations for the case.They also returned call in a timely manner as was scheduled.

I fell in a major food store causing a injury to my back. Was told by this law firm that my case wasn’t going to get a large settlement so they wouldn’t take it after reviewing my situation. After waiting 2 weeks to hear this now I have to find another law firm. No case to small… yeah right

It was a little hard in the beginning but once we got through everyone was very professional
