Hello everyone! I want to inform you on how great my experience was with Bethune Law Firm. I was in a car accident and was pretty injured. I called KEN NUGENT to handle my case. They was very unprofessional, unorganized, and communication was terrible. They wanted me to settle for a little of nothing. I knew my case was worth more than that. I dropped them, and called Bethune Law Firm in January. Attorney Zellner was assigned to my case. She did EVERYTHING very well. She communicated, remain professional, reached out to me, gave me updates on my case, and settle my case in 6 months. Guess what? AMAZINGLY, she quadrupled the settlement that Ken Nugent was trying to persuade me to settle for!!!!!! That was absolutely stunning! I appreciate Attorney Zellner for everything she did for me, hard work and dedication. I also appreciate Bethune Law Firm for hiring such a smart and intelligent lady. All of those “5 Star” reviews are a bunch of lies. I’m truly truly disappointed with this company/firm. Don’t believe the hype. I have done everything requested of me and yet I have not received any information on my case thus far. All I ever get is the run around or some excuse about why my case isn’t moving along. I just want this chapter of my life to be over with so that I can move forward.

During my tragic time I was looking for some one who was trust worthy and some one who I felt like actually cared. With this firm I found what I was looking for. The customer service was amazing and very professional. Thank You
