I have been desperately attempting to resolve my case through this firm for more than 2 years. They came so highly recommended that I brought my case to them with ease. They started so promising, got me in quickly to sign a contract and start PT. Here I am two years later without as much as a Demand Letter receipt. Having a minor car accident with my children in the car was traumatizing enough. I would love to be giving this firm 5 stars, and I am willing to update when my case is finally resolved. However as of today, 1 star is too much.

I hired me Bethune to be my lawyer although I never got a chance to talk to him no matter how many times I requested after being forced to deal with others as a third party between us I was never updated on my case and the only time I was ever heard is when I got upset I think he has more than he can handle the people that work for him are rude and have to remorse for the things they do and say they waited until my demand letter was suppose to be sent to finally let me out of contract knowing it was to late to find other representation and after sharing my story with others I hear they are just messed up all around

I honestly can say working with Carlton the Case manager has been great! He has been really transparent and have displayed effective communication in reference to my case. He is really good by staying on top of your case and delivering notice to you. He made my experience great and I commend him on his excellent work ethic at Bethune Law Firm.
