There are some nice people and there are some who for get why there in office this is the wrost law firm I e ever know, they never get back with you, it takes about 2wks to here back guess they get 5 stars for the look cause it sure isn't the service...

For the past 3 months I’ve been trying to get into contact with these people and have a Long Line of Messages to see how they will Continue my Case and it’s been absolute Hell. NO ONE calls back. NO ONE follows up. NO ONE does what they say they are going to do. This case has been open since March 7th 2018 and this is 2020. Will NOT be going back.

Carlton is the best he don't play and he get you your money

Horrible service!! LITERALLY the worst service/customer service when it comes to dealing with communication. I’ve only talked to Terrance Bethune once and it was the day of my accident to get me to sign up with them. I only talked to a lawer 6-7 times out of an ENTIRE year of being with them. I called the office over 60 times just to get information on my case and I always get the run around with lines like “I could let them know you called and someone will give you a call back” and always as I suspect never get a call, I’ll haft to call back over 6-7 times just to get a response. I wont EVER recommend them to anybody LITERALLY. THEY ARE FULL OF BU!! SHi+

The circumstances in which you meet the staff is t the best, but they are pleasant & positive in the process. Very fair & willing to do what it takes to lessen your load completely. Loved my attorney.
