I referred my boyfriend and his mother to Ken Nugent when they had an accident because of all the commercials and good reviews, thinking this was a great firm. I was wrong! The communication is HORRIBLE! The case worker Ms. Amira English was awesome she did a great job! But once they came to a settlement getting touch with the settlements lawyer John and Patricia has been impossible! They do not answer the phone or return any calls! They came to a settlement 3 months ago and still NO check or even a call back! I will NEVER referrr anyone else to this firm!

This law firm was available for me as soon as I needed them. They made sure I was okay and healing from my car accident. I had no problem getting in contact with my attorney and all questions were answered.

I was a pedestrian hit by a car that left a life-long injury. I called Ken Nugent's office immediately and they came to see me immediately. I was assigned to Russell Deutshmen, attorney and Johannes Thomoson. Next in the process was Jodi Pruitt, paralegal, who was my additiomal legal contact working on my case. Towards the end I was lucky to have Carlotta Warner, Desmond Ahmad Mullins to assiat in finalizing my case. On my last visit to the Duluth office I met the lovely receptionist Jasmine Jimenez. Everyone I came in contact with in the Duluth office was so friendly and helpful and made the process so comfortable.
