Very lazy team. Got me the minimum amount (less than $8k) and it took over a year and a half. I recommend settling with the insurance company without involving these companies.

Unless you were in a serious automobile accident with substantial personal injury, I do not recommend this firm for you. I was told by the attorney assigned to me-Michael C. Cherof-that I should not expect a decent settlement since my car damage was not great and my injuries less than significant. In our phone conversation Mr. Cherof was dismissive and condescending. He offered me no real legal advice tailored to the unique circumstances of my case. I have received letters from the hospital demanding payment for services rendered, which I shared with his office, yet I have gotten very little assistance in resolving or delaying them referring me to collection activities. As a result my good credit is in jeopardy even though I am the victim. Advice: get an attorney that will fight for you. Due to my reality of living paycheck to paycheck, I could not afford to take off time to visit with the chiropractor or other specialist as needed. I had to work through the pain for long hours a day. Mr. Cherof informed me that I would have to acquiesce to a small settlement as a result, implying that since I did work all those hours that my pain had to be minimal. Common folk have to do what we have to do to pay the bills. Doesn't mean the insurance companies should be any less liable. But the attitude altogether was a major turn off and I wished I had legal aid that would at least commiserate even if we had to submit to a predetermined formula. And if there is a predetermined formula that law offices and insurance agencies use to calculate settlements, what do you need to pay an attorney 33% for? Begs the question. Get one that values your business.

Excellent service, everyone seemed genuinely worried about our well being, everything handled in a timely manner, not a week went by that we didn't get an update or just a check in to see how we were doing in our recovery. So far so good, still in recovery but they are helping in every way they can. Thanks to all the staff at The Ken Nugent office

DO NOT DO IT. I was involved in a accident where a 18 wheeler hit me from behind and totaled my car in Atlanta traffic ..got the driver , went to the hospital and chiropractor..I had multiple slipped disks ..Go to a smaller lawer..Your just a number, look you up by name and put you on hold for 20 min ..They changed lawyers on me 3 times. I was having to call to check my case every couple months..I understand process is long but no update what so ever...my car was worth 10,000 and that’s all I got ..they also said they would take care of all medical bills...they forgot some ..I gave them every medical bill..I also tried to call and contact them about the medical bills 5 plus times and never a call back ..will never use again .. Patrica Neilong was handling this and another woman.
