Mr.Hippe is the Bull Dog you want in your corner. If I had found him when my divorce started my divorce would not have costed me so much money and it wouldn't have taken so long to get done. Mr. Hippe took my case after it got messed up from my first attorney. Mr. Hippe took my case and turned it around for me. He fought like the Bull Dog that he is, my exs attorney was a bully and Hippe put him back on the porch where he belonged. I won the most important item from my divorce and that is my daughter thanks to him. Trust people don't waste your time looking elsewhere This Georgia Bull Dawg is man you want. I will never be able to say thank you enough.

I have had nothing but amazing results from this office. Kelly (KDJ) was amazing and helpful. I have been in three not at fault accidents, first one-used Ken’s service-happy with service, second went with another that someone recommended-disappointed and low ball settlement, third-back to “One Call That’s All” and happy with settlement and service. I will NEVER go to kenn nugent ever again they never return calls I never got a chance to talk to my lawyer she was ALWAYS out of work on vacations SMH!!! And I'm still waiting on my check from them it's been 8 months!

They never call back and drag a simple case out over a year without getting you any pain and suffering damages. They didn’t even negotiate enough to cover my medical bills. I have attorney Ruff.

Started a case with them for hernia mesh in 2016. They sent a rep to my home to interview me, take tons of notes, pictures, get copies of medical records, etc. A year later I was contacted again as a followup to my case for some minor additional info that they should have already had. I was contacted February 2018 for again, minor details that they should have already had since by now they were supposed to had obtained my full medical history from the hospital. I started to get the feeling that no one was actually working my case. A week ago I received a letter saying they weren't going to pursue my claim. I'm extremely disappointed because not only has it now been 2 whole years, but I no longer see the ads on tv about hernia mesh claims. So I don't know if time has run out to even file a claim with a new attorney. WASTE OF TIME.

My mother was hurt by a careless act in a read facility in Douglasville GA. I contacted Ken Nugent's office. Her condition had started to deteriorate due to the volume of antibiotics required to fight the infection crested by the injury. I had photographs and a witness statement regarding the finding of my investigation. I had proof that the rehab facilities practices were unsafe. I was told by Ken Nugent's representative that they only dealt with catastrophic nursing home injuries WELL GUESS WHAT? January 6th 2018 my mother passed away from kidney failure due to the antibiotic's effects on her kidneys. I can't think of anything more than catastrophic than losing your mother due to someone else's negligence. Yes I can. AN ATTORNEY TELLING YOU THAT YOUR MOTHER'S INJURIES WERE NOT CATASTROPHIC ENOUGH AND SHE ENDED UP SUCCUMBING TO THE TREATMENT FOR THOSE INJURIES

It's been almost 2 years of run around and miscommunication from the lawyers and staff. I would never recommend going here for your accident claims. The people are not very nice or professional.

I was nine months pregnant when I got hit from behind by a distracted driver. 11 months later I finally get a settlement that was no where near what I should have gotten. I would advise you to look else where when it coming to a good law firm that’s actually going to care about doing right by you.

Bill Hollman and Christopher Pitts I would not use these guys Bill especially totally arrogant working for themselves not us . Gave them 3 cases totally drug it out .They dont answer or return calls in timely manner poster children for ambulance CHASERS . they suck still waiting on money from settlement
