It's been 2 years. Still waiting. No one ever answers the phone and they have absolutely no sense of urgency. They hold all the card and never pass them out. I think they enjoy making people wait and not communicating

One call thats all dont believe the hype my girl got hit by a truck in her car that was bout 2 years ago she spoke to the attorney once are twice havent heard nothing bout settlement are nothing in all that time i recommend you use some one else cause you will be waiting forever for any kind of results👎👎👎

This is the worse Law Firm in the state of Georgia I advise everyone please I repeat please use other representation instead of Ken Nugent and his cant get right Staff. The firm as a hold need there license revoked! Please retain any Law firm beside this one!

I found Rusty to be a terrific divorce attorney and incredibly knowledgeable on the law, process, judges, mediators, and potential outcomes of cases. He fought very hard on my case and we were able to settle the case in a short period of time. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Its been week after week, and still no results. This happened almost 8 months ago, and I still haven't gotten my check. Now when i call got office, nobody answers. I've never had an issue like this with any other attorney. 2 months ago, you told me 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago, you told me 2 more weeks. And here i am sending an email, because no-one will pick up the phone. I literally called your office 10 times. This has taken far too long, and is getting of hand. I don't even have any information about what's going on. Who's the insurance company? Does Kenneth know you all avoid clients? Or is this common practice at all of the offices? I'm going through hardships, and the people I'm paying to help me are keeping me in the dark. Im far beyond upset. This is ridiculous. When you were trying to get me to use this firm to hassle my case, i spike with one of you at least 3 times a week. Now, i can even get a call answered at your office... And apparently I'm not the only one. I wish i read the reviews before i signed...

This is definitely not a "One call, that's all" business. Maybe to lure you in, or for white, rich people. "One call, every thirty seconds, then call again... then call some more... but leave one voice mail... that's all!

Sorry to say but this law firm did not do well with me. Never return your phone calls. I had to pop up over there because no one returned my calls. I spoke with the lawyer 1 time. They had my case for 16 months and got a first offer in or about July/2018. My accident was in June of 2017 have not heard another thing after that with no results. Not acceptable! Kelly Johnson the worst. Didn't like what I had to say so she dismissed my phone call and has not answered another since. 1 month ago. Lawyer Barton Goode never return calls. Angela Vera at the beginning was good. Now that I have a new lawyer she hasn't return my calls . All I need and want is my files so that my lawyer can finish up my case. My new lawyer has made several attempts to retrieve my files and not one return call to her and she is from a law firm... Speaks for itself... I guess 1 star is all they deserve. Good luck with your cases.
