I was rear ended by two vehicles coming home from work. I had seen Ken Nugent's television adds multiple times and decided "the one call thats all " was the one for me. 5 months into case, after his law firm doing absolutely nothing for me, he droped my case. Leaving me high and dry with a ton of medical bills. Do yourself a favor and find yourself a law firm who has your best interest at heart!

One call that's all but it kept ringing busy!

Can someone let me know what office or what number you guys call and leave message and they actually call back? Who are these great people that have handled your cases?? How do I get a hold of them, maybe they can help me. Smh

I just wanna think ken nugent's office Macon Ga Miss Bobby took very good care of me I received my check last week I was going to be late to the office actually I was late to the office she stayed extra 30 minutes so I could receive my check i also put my check in my account and my bank did not release it saying the funds were unavailable I contacted miss Bobby and she stayed on the phone with me while I talk to my bank and got it all cleared up for me I don't know anybody else that would have went beyond how miss Bobby did I just wanna think you miss Bobby for the time and effort you put in to make sure that I was happy if anyone is ever in a accident get in touch with ken nugent's and ask for miss Bobbie I promise you 1000% she is going to do everything in her power to make sure you get the Max of what you deserve once again thank you miss Bobby

I have read the reviews and I personally feel bad for the people that did not get the services that I received from my lawyer and case manager, especially. My accident was a couple months ago, which I WAS TOLD AHEAD OF TIME, would take awhile. As far as phone calls, one would think myself and my case manager was married. Never do we call one another about this case and the calls were not returned. I was blessed, one might say. The staff do represent the name of the firm, but YOUR lawyer should represent YOU. Get to know the person representing and speaking for you...I DO, THE LORD.

Ms. Johnson made me feel very comfortable with working with KSN. She has been nothing but professional and she put me and my family at ease after experiencing our accident. I will definitely highly recommend KDJ/KSN to anyone!
