The lead attorney John McHenry and his team has the worst customer service I’ve ever endured. Carlotta Warner was so rude, careless and told me to shut up and stop talking. I never in my life have dealt with so much disrespect than I have with Ken Nugent. If I were to know this is how I would’ve been treated I would’ve took my services to another law firm. I will be sure to write reviews, comments and statuses to my vast array of followers on my social media platforms regarding this firm. It’s been 3 years since my accident and it’s been 7 weeks since I signed my settlement contract and no one knows where my check is. They said once they receive the check, it has to process with their accounting firm. I was informed that process should only take up to 2-3 business days. It’s been 4 weeks. Carlotta and Jodi said accounting has it but then they said the company hasn’t mailed it out yet. I don’t appreciate being lied to and made a fool of. I contacted American Family regarding my check; they informed me they mailed it out 2 and half weeks ago. So why do I not have it in hand? I need to take care of my family and this firm is allowing their clients to starve and be homeless from their awful mistakes! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIDICULOUS SCAMMER LAW FIRM!!!!!

Ken Nuggets law firm has been very professional with me and my case. I’m pleased with the outcome. Also Allie Cabrio and William Hammill have been very friendly and great to deal with.
