I contacted the office after my employer decided they wanted to settle my case. This office jumped right on it. I'm not at all happy at this point with my experience with them and saddened that I've had to change my review. Mainly because I come from a family of attorneys but W/C is not their specialty or I would have used them instead. I know how important it is to have verbal contact with any person when your in trusting then to represent you as the client. You should be made to make feel important if you entrusting them. With this office you mainly correspond by email and meet minutes before your case. And that's ok some time but, I just felt I should have had more communication with a live person in general. However, I made it through mediation and I was given information that I would be paid for one entire week from my attorney per his knowledge. Well having no income coming in this was important for me to happen as I'm dependent on my income as any other person. Well when I didnt receive what I was told and asked questions.. the office ghosted me. I guess in their eyes they settled with me although I've received no final compensation yet. I really didnt like that feeling of feeling like an expired number. I have yet to receive a response to my questions pertaining to income after contacting them several times. I'm really not a happy camper at this point for the case to still be in process but, at the same time to now be ignored since their money is already officially made. Their communication to you needs a lot of work because it's horrible. This has not been a comforting feeling and that's sad.
