It is disheartening for me to leave a negative review, but I was disappointed in the service I received, especially since I was referred here. For 5 months, the communication was nonexistent, and made me feel like I was begging for attention. I sent 10 emails of which 3 were returned and spoke on the phone, with Attorney Wes spoke twice, and Ashley once. I never met my attorney, nor did they take the time to welcome me and explain how the case works.They scheduled hearings and never notified me of them. I asked for a new attorney and my request was ignored. Two weeks ago, Ashley sent me a one line email informing me to come 15 minutes before a deposition for preparation. Wes/Ashley are unaware of my diagnosis, had no info about my treatment, challenges, or medical providers, and when I asked for a phone call to talk about it I was ignored. I sent a heartfelt email to the managing director, Attorney Hansford, asking for help to seek justice. He didn't read my email and called me the wrong name in the reply then said "sorry. multitasking." That was the final straw for me. After reading the 5 star reviews on here, I'm convinced that either they paid for reviews or they just did not take my case seriously, because the payout for them wouldn't be worth the time. I give one star for Anastasia Ortiz, because she was always friendly, and though she didn't have to, she briefly explained to me how the case would work, even though she wasn't on my case.
