I tried to gave him the context because he had wrong understanding about court hearing date, but he interrupted me and said it was a waste of time and I had to schedule a paid consultation. It was ridiculous that I had to pay him before knowing whether he had experience on this kind of case. Then I asked about the fee structure and wanted to know what the fee was if the serve failed. He said the time was running out and did not give me the answer. Then I said I had to think about it and gave him a call back if I wanted to hire him for this case. He said I wasted his time. That was crazy. When I called back I already decided to hire him and paid him but he said I wasted his time. He did not have patience to let me finish a full sentence. I was very upset about this experience. Is he really a qualified attorney if he does not listen to a client?
