I somehow got connected to this attorney from another law firm I found on Yelp. Sasan Nematbakhsh, Esq appears to be primarily motivated by financial gain. He provides the absolute minimum level of service. I hired him for an eviction case, but he did not see the case through to completion. In fact, he informed me, "To avoid confusion, we are no longer retained on this matter and have completed the task we were hired for," when I asked about the next steps in the process, specifically regarding the "writ of possession" he had filed. He failed to take the initiative to confirm if the filing had been signed by a judge and left me to sort it out on my own. In my opinion, no one should invest their money in someone with such a lack of commitment. There are other attorneys who genuinely care about their clients and ensure that a case is seen through to its conclusion after being retained. This attorney seems to prioritize financial gain over the needs of their clients. - Jay
