As a long term rental property owner, I have been fortunate to not have a lawyer or even any conversation-worthy stories until recently. What initially seemed to be a straightforward eviction soon became a more complicated case. Sasan was thorough, concise and professional and pursued the case to a full completion despite it's rabbit-hole evolution. I appreciated the fact that he did not give me "overly optimistic talk" but was realistic in the expectations at each step.
