Sasan is a very knowledgeable lawyer who can give us clear, direct answers to our Real Estate Law questions. I have had a few consultations with him that always placed a premium on the client's time and gives direct, actionable advice at consultation. A great lawyer is an invaluable tool when running a business and Sasan is worth every penny.

I had the pleasure to speak with Mr.Sasan twice for his consultation services and was satisfied both times with the answers I received. He was very informative and realistic with the my situation and was able to help me further understand the law in addition to my circumstances. I had a unique type of situation and was hard to find a lawyer to help me but thankfully I came across him! Assistant Katie is so sweet and and Mr. Nemat was so kind and professional and listened very well. He helped me out last minute and didn’t have to. He handled himself and my case so well in such short notice. I wish he handled EVERY type of law I would call him for anything! Lol I really cant say thank you enough. So YES call him if you have any landlord/tenant issues!!! He’s great!!!

My husband and I had a consultation with Sasan today. He was extremely thorough and went through the key points of our lease with us.
