My experience has been horrible! It has been a two year process and honestly I would have like to go to court and fight this suit however I was advised a settlement would be better my first contract Robin was great but left the company Liza park baby sat me and gave me no real connection. Transparency and communication has been-200% from the attorney park and case manager Livingston in which I can blame because Livingston is a messenger. The insurance company used a3rd party in negotiations and t this law firm did nothing without me calling and nagging. I was forced to come up with funds in order to pay medical builds and fees so my credit would not be harmed and my bills outweighed my settlement. Car was settled for months ago and I have yet to be cut a check although ms Livingston has sent one email update! I will never refer or used this law firm again! This is my expense yours may differ.
