The people at this law firm are sticklers for what’s right by the client and the law. My case took a little longer than expected and when help was needed, they were there for my family and I. When the insurance company attempted to come with their tactics my team was able to stop them flat. I have had a pleasurable experience with Buckhead Law Saxton Firm. If I am ever in an accident, which I hope does not happen, I will surely hiring them again..

BEWARE - had 2 telephone conversations with Jeff Lalo to discuss my automobile claim, and then a few days later when documentation was sent over, he refused to take the case and would not explain why the case was being refused when questioned for more details.

I regret ever hiring Buckhead Law. Their office needs to be investigated. At first, they were pleasant till they started asking me to get procedures or surgeries done that my doctor is saying I don’t need so my case value would increase. To the time they called me saying I had somebody as power of attorney when I never signed anybody as power of attorney. They played too many games from gaslighting me to think I need to get surgery on my neck when my neck is healing fine. The lady that was over my case was a headache also. They talked about how fast things would happen when my case was settled but now, I have to hunt and constantly call everyday cause I want to see my case file and to figure out a ballpark explanation of time and NOBODY from the office return my call. I was supposed to have more therapy sessions ordered by my therapist till I refused to get surgery or shots in my neck my therapist called me that next day and said this was my last visit and I was being discharged. Went from a quick process once we settled to now being a month till I get the check. From the beginning, they showed signs of just caring about the dollar and not about my best interest. And act as if they did so much when my own insurance covered the majority of my accident and my Lyft rides to my appointments and their communication was abysmal. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a response. But that wasn’t the worst part. The attorney assigned to my case(allegedly) I say allegedly cause now they tell me Carlos was the lead attorney on my case is saying that he was intake Manager which means I never spoke to the attorney that represented me. Mind you, my accident happened in March. They seemed more interested in getting more money for my case instead of working with what we had and trying to salvage my life after the accident since I became homeless during this incident . They talked with the loan company and made sure I never got over $500. Instead of getting more at once rather than breadcrumbing me with all the interest that came with every time I signed on the dotted line .They conveniently happened to work hand and hand with the company which you would thought would help me, which made me question whose interests they truly served. When it came to a crucial appointment, they dropped the ball with arranging transportation. Important consultation that was never made. I had questions and concerns, but they brushed them aside. Instead of advocating for me, they pressured me relentlessly to get at first was shots in my neck to surgery that could have done more damage since my neck has been healing just fine without. In hindsight, I realize that Buckhead Law Firm is just piggybacking off their name and commercials that they got playing everywhere. Don’t believe the HYPE They’re not the competent, ethical professionals they claim to be. If you’re considering hiring them, think twice. Don’t be fooled by their high reviews—those might be relics from a different era. My advice? Look elsewhere. There are honest attorneys out there who genuinely care about their clients’ well-being. Buckhead and Saxton Law Firm isn’t one of them."
