Review Update 5.30.24: So my initial update I originally typed out a long drawn out explanation of my experience. Then opted for a simple direct one, yet here I am months later after my case closed in 8/23 having to update my review. There absolutely no way this firm has an almost 5 star rating! The only thing consistent with this firm was the lying and extreme lack of communication. The best thing that WAS at this office was Chrissy! She was phenomenal! Here I am months later, receiving a bill from a Medical Providers office for $1555.00. They stated they had been reaching out to BHL since 10/23 and it wasn't until 5/24 after several contact attempts went ignored and having to get a little firm that Robert Mendoza finally responded. And told them that "my case had settled and I was adamant about paying my medical bills myself". That is the furthest from the truth, for one, who would pay medical bills out of pocket and they are receiving a settlement. Secondly, I reviewed my disbursement documentation and all of the medical providers are listed except this one. So why would I ellect to pay some of the providers out of my settlement but not this one? I can confirm though this provider I did see while I was in the care of another attorney BUT this provider was the intial one to give me all of my X-Rays etc and confirm my injuries so all of this documentation was indeed forwarded to BHL. They clearly dropped the ball somewhere!! The bill has been reduced greatly, but don't lie on the client for your negligence!! IF THIS LAW FIRM IS THE LAST LAW FIRM ON EARTH THAT COULD REPRESENT YOU ON A CASE!! REPRESENT YOURSELF!! NOTHING BUT LIES, OVER PROMISING, UNDER DELIVERING AND NEGLIGENCE!!

This law firm is a rip off! They will leave with more money then the client. Will tell you to get loans knowing they charge high interest then say they told you not to get loans. Will tell you that you will leave with a lot even if you don’t take the loan and they still end up receiving more then the injured client. They will take a certain percentage off your settlement and once your medical fees are taken care of you will still end up leaving with less than them and the doctors. With or without taking a loan this company is very unfair and will flat out LIE TO THE CLIENT! And to top it off they will ignore your phone calls, ignore your texts, have you contacting different people and lead you on for weeks.

I like to give a special thanks to Buckhead law group as a group theywere courteous and helpful and went above and way beyond my expectations from the commitment to get me the best settlement to having a plan and keeping me informed and returning my calls in a timely manner THANK YOU BUCKHEAD!!!
