Offered my kids and I 17k total for a none at fault semi truck accident with a million dollars policy 🤣 **Avoid This Law Firm – They're Scammers!** I highly recommend steering clear of this law firm. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, they seemed more interested in extracting money from me than in providing any actual legal help. 1. **Unreasonable Fees:** They charged exorbitant fees for minimal work. Every small task came with a hefty price tag, and they kept adding on additional charges that were never discussed upfront. 2. **Poor Communication:** Getting in touch with my attorney was almost impossible. Calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I did finally get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. 3. **Lack of Transparency:** They never provided clear explanations about the status of my case or what steps were being taken. I was left in the dark throughout the entire process. 4. **Unprofessional Behavior:** The staff was rude and dismissive whenever I tried to get information or express my concerns. It felt like they couldn't care less about my case or me as a client. 5. **No Results:** After all the money spent, I saw no real progress in my case. It became clear that they were dragging things out just to keep billing me. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable, honest law firm. October 30th 2023 my life changed drastically and I was in a head-on collision where I was sitting still at a stop sign and the Jeep Cherokee directly into me and push me 30 feet from where I was sitting still at the stop sign to say Honda Accord 5speed died that night. Two days later, I was listening to the radio About a Buckhead Law commercial. I called them the next day and when I say the service was superb I can’t say anything BAD about the attorneys whose there to represent us. The process was so easy I called them schedule an appointment. Someone called me back to get all the details about the accident and Buckhead Law went to work. They set me up with doctors chiropractor, the physical therapist. They made sure I had a car to drive until I was able to get another car or until the case was settled. This law firm is not out for self. Make sure that their client will be Satisfied and I am happy camper thank you Buckhead Law for making my life easier since I had this accident. The two people that stand out the most for me Rissil (not sure of her last name) and Robert Mendoza. Thank you guys for all that you all do!!!!!😀😃😁
