Great results. Had an issue with a new truck losing power intermittently the the manufacturer couldn't replicate or trouble shoot. After giving them 4 attempts, I informed the manufacturer that I wasn't going to debug their truck and wanted money back. They didn't have an informal process to do so. So I contacted Alex Simanovsky & Associates. Started a 2+ year process. In the end I got back 110% of the price of the truck - money owing on the lease. Only reason I didn't give Alex & Co. 5 Stars is that I went to some trouble to capture two episodes of the failure, which involved me having an HD camera set up for in my truck for two months to catch the problem happening. I sent Vimeo links to Alex S office and got email acknowledgement of the video was more than 6 months before arbitration was scheduled. They neglected to inform the arbitration judge of the video, which was a surprise, the day of arbitration. So it couldn't be shown at arbitration and the manufacturer rep at first took the position that they didn't think the problem was real. I do think the fact I stated the video existed made them know that I'd win later, if the claim it wasn't resolved in my favor in arbitration. In the end the company rep acknowledged that he believed the problem I experienced was real. So a good outcome but I was frustrated about the failure to tell the court about the video.

I never even heard back from them. They called and asked if I wanted to settle for a certain amount and then I was never contacted again.

Accepted my case (hoping to get a quick out of court settlement with Kia im assuming) but when it came time to file in court about a year later, decided it was too far of a drive and would not continue. So i was forced to start from scratch with another attorney.

It’s been about a year or two since I last heard from them. Called Alex and left multiple voicemails. Sent him multiple emails as well. Zero response. Then out of the blue I get a call from his secretary asking me if I have any additional information. Told them I was surprised to even hear from them since they never returned my calls. Never heard back from them...until today that is...I got an email asking for a performance review. Too bad there is no option for no stars. One star is too generous. Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with.

Went through them for a lemon law issue on my GMC. After months of no contact I finally got ahold of them and they said GMC denied the claim. Seemed very odd the way they handled it. I got the lawyer because they denied it before I got the lawyer. The entire thing seemed very very fishy. Almost like they pocketed cash.
