A Great and Compassionate Team of Professionals.

VERY knowledgeable about my case.

I recieved barely any communication from the office, and I have to sign a waiver to not join the class action suit against Ford due to my transmission issues. Now, nothing has been done for me, and I haven't received any assistance or compensation. I can't join the class action, who many have greatly benefited from, because of this firm.

I had been dealing with Chevy on a brand new truck I bought in 2018 for some time about the multiple issues I was having with it that shouldn't exist in a brand new truck. After a few months, Chevy bought my truck back at close to full value and reimbursed me for most of the payments I had made on it in the first year. I brought a brand new car from Dodge that was a lemon. After months and months in the shop I hired Alex Simanovsky & Associates to sue Dodge. I faxed them all the paperwork and they said I had a case. After about 8 MONTHS of waiting. I get a letter saying they don't have enough to evidence to move forward. I think these crooks got a settlement for Dodge and pocketed my money. SCAMMERS.

Alex has helped me with my 18 Mustang GT. The process took about 3 months but that's because of the Manufacture. He was always there to answer my questions and got me a nice chunk of change! Would highly recommend these guys.
