I've been dealing with an issue concerning the IRS and Ryder Intergrated Logistics for almost a year now. I hired and paid in full the requested amount of $10,000 in 2 payments almost 4 months ago. My local tax accountant asked me last week about my issues with this case and I couldn't tell her anything. I just sent a request for information to the Tax Lawyer for your firm and gladly await Her detailed response.

They've assisted in several matters and everything has come out to my advantage. However I'm editing my review due to my recent experiences. I'm out of town on business. This deal has been a nightmare from go. So I found myself Ina precarious situation and urgently needed legal advice. I'm not only a member personally but I also pay for a business membership. I'm no longer terribly impressed. The first time I called I was very clear that it was urgent that I was out of town and in a precarious situation and urgently needed advice. The hotel I was originally staying with had numerous issues of concern but once my phone stopped working...I am was out of there. So due to my phone issues and the fact I have a degree in networking I knew I had to shut down the device in order to prevent the hacker from accessing my info. The attorney made one attempt during the 15 minutes my phone was off and never tried again. So I called again the next day. Again expressed the urgency of this matter as I was out of town and needed legal advice prior to the final meeting with my client. This time they never even tried to call me. So now I am facing possibly being sued because I honestly had no clue how to handle this very volatile situation. I felt it was not in my best interest to follow through with delivering the items I'd sold out of concern for my own personal safety not to mention the party had not paid the charge for my professional uninstallation of the items. I had to wing it. I should not have had to wing it when I pay a monthly retainer to be able to have my legal questions answered by an attorney. I like the idea of this service however it's not adequate for any new business owner. It's actually seriously lacking and may have cost me my business. I pray I may be able to edit this and say they've responded and assisted me but at this point...I have to agree with all the less than favorable reviews. I trusted they would be there when I needed them and point blank... Going on day 3 ... We'll see if they even attempt to call me tomorrow... Stay tuned I'll let y'all know... The truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Not sure if this is related to the firm being part of a legal service provider that offers Legal service through employer benefits, BUT still should have had this type of service. Lawyer never call on the schedule meeting date, also with no feedback of why missed the call. It took 3 attempts in scheduling a call and failing to finally have a call, which clearly I was on a speaker phone while lawyer kept moving away from phone and I could not hear clearly the conversation. Then was informed that an email will be sent with the forms and documentations to be sent back, and again have not heard from lawyer 3 days after call. Now requested again another call or to send the documentation and I may go again on this marry-go-round with this firm. The qualify of customer service and respect for the client is the worse. Not even sure if this Law firm is good enough, considering the way the clients are treated I am very doubtful.

Well I've not received any contact about my last inquiry!

I am in a bad tenant/landlord situation. My landlord charged me 11k for an early termination of lease, among other things. The lawyers were very professional, knew the law and informed me exactly what my rights were. Although it's still going on, I believe that I'm in a better situation.

Great service to have on hand.

Lawyers don't even listen to your case, insult your perceptions, pay for 25 years to a business subscription, can't refer attornies takes over 2 weeks, letters written not signed by attornies, 30 days with parapro who aren't legally prepared with legal foundation to write them. A MESS!
