Horrible customer service on today's call. A woman actually hung up the phone in my face as I was explaining that I wanted to speak to a manager. When I call back a gentleman was able to help me and enter the ticket. However, I am still waiting on the manager to call me back.

I received the worst customer service! They are unprofessional & you can never get in contact with the attorney! I was dealing with Adrianne Hobbs who confirmed she’d received all documents I sent pertaining to a court date I had & she would give me a call back. I never heard anything back from her! I’ve constantly called & today was my court date & still nothing from her! I kept being told a message & email was being sent for her to give me a call back. I went to court & the judge basically called me a liar & I didn’t have representation because nothing had been submitted to the court on my behalf! I wish I’d seen all the bad reviews prior to dealing with them but I was referred by a family member. Never again! I wish I could give 0 stars!

My husband was injured in a motor vehicle accident and was permanently injured. The attorney (Parker) started pushing him at the first offer of 2k to take the $$. I have a legal background and know they are obligated to extend the offer, but I also know they are supposed to keep fighting for their client. From the outside looking in, it seems he was working for the insurance company. My husband finally settled just to be done with it. As of the date of this review, he is still injured, being treated, and has YET to meet with his attorney even though the case is settled.
Buyer beware. 36% is an atrocious amount to pay on a personal injury case, especially when you're getting nothing monetarily and not ever meeting with the attorney.

Very poor responsiveness from the Wills Department. I have been a LegalShield member for many years but will be dropping the service. Tried talking to them about a legal issue years ago and they always act like there is "not a case." I can get better usage for my money using LegalZoom.

While the call center is very helpful and respectful. The "attorney" Daniela McCalla was HORRIBLE!!! Not only was she rude, disrespectful and unprofessional she literally faulted me for a mistake that she could have easily admitted wrong doing for and begin the process of fixing. No, that was too difficult for her. She continuously cut me off during the call as though what she had to say is more valuable than what I had to say even though I am the paying customer and the case was/is pertaining to me. She denied receiving any documents I sent to her via email and when I indicated that she responded to the documents she still asserted that she did not receive them. She sent off legal documents via certified mail, without me proofing the FINAL copy prior to them being sent. When she assumed I was "angry" I assured her I was not I merely wanted the error fixed to which she displayed her level of intelligence commenting "I will talk to my supervisor and WE will decide if WE will even send the document out!" This behavior is unacceptable and appalling! As a paid customer for several years I am aware that you do not get to make the decision on whether or not to help a paying customer. The worst of it all was this was my first time using the services I pay monthly for, and for this individual to treat me with such disrespect is disappointing. Worst experience I have every encountered.

I called for advice March 2020 or so when I could get get help from an injury firm after being rear-ended March 2019. I have herniated disk and had a ton of med bills. My greatest dissappointment is that I have been a long time member of Prepaid Legal who also told me because my car had a small amount of damage and the provider who gave me treatments that no court would believe I had been injured. Long story short, I received a settlement from an attorney in Sandy Springs who was willing to defend me. They will work with and value small cases. You are hurt enough by the accident. Why be hurt further choosing wrong legal team? Don't give up when your paid advisors, you have grown to trust, tell you a situation is impossible and you 're facing $25,000 of debt due to an injury caused by someone else. I feel valued and appreciative of how these attorneys went to bat for me. Debt no longer hanging over my head and money in my pocket. That's what I'm talking about.
