I have been a Legalshield customer now for 6 months and I have worked with 3-4 different lawyers at this firm. Two of them were very responsive and provided me with valuable guidance and the other two were the complete opposite. I guess you get what you pay for as a Legalshield customer.

Bad Customer Service... Rude and low quality service. The staff does not appear to care about your concern and just focus on speed and quantity instead of listening and actually trying to resolve your issue. I recently spoke with Alex who is very short and seemed rushed. I continuously have issues with their customer service every time I work with them. In addition, the attorneys are hard to reach and return your calls days later.

They have you sign paper that benefits them not the victim so you never no what the real amount that are owe to you
