Finding ourselves victim of a bad contractor, my husband hired this law firm to seek advice,direction and have an attorney send a letter, or letters, to same stated bad contractor, figuring a letter from an attorney would pack more 'punch' since the contractor ignores us and has utilized intimidation tactics on us and tries to impress upon us that we don;t know what we are talking about. Attorney recognized IMMEDIATELY that our contractor is is violation of local county and state laws but took NO ACTION. Told my husband to 'wait'. Wait for WHAT?????????? So the nightmare has continued., leaving me and my husband to try to handle the situation to the best of our ability with alot of time spent doing research as to the actual laws concerning this matter. Correspondence between ourselves and said bad contractor has been shared with this attorney. Most recently ,attorney recognized bad contractor is unwilling to cooperate in any way . wow. He's a quick one. I'm agitated. I will be pleading with my husband to cease continuing to pay money out to this law firm. it's obvious they don't care. I've tried to email them. The email address doesn't work. I looked up the attorney that my husband has been communicating with. This isn't even his line of expertise. Due to this attorneys lack of knowledge as to how to handle the matter from a legal standpoint, we have wasted our time with this law firm. I guess it's a real honest example of 'you get what you pay for' . What can one expect for, what is it, $30 a month? If you have a real, actual legal problem. one that involves REAL money. This is NOT the firm you want to seek out. I'm also going to leave a complaint/review on the BBB website. This firm has done NOTHING to help our situation. Nothing.

After a second bad experience on a consult with what seemed to be a robot of some sort I’m uninterested in using their services, legal shield is a great company, they should really partner with better firm! I must add Attorney Rashad seems to be very knowledgeable and DOES possess the beautiful ability to communicate efficiently

Great Law Firm! They have represented my family for years now. I love the attention to detail...😊

Two attorneys at this firm were asked to review a document for me, and gave me definitive answers to my questions, however, as conversation proceeded, I began to question the extent of their knowledge, and decided to consult with another attorney from a different firm. I found out from the final attorney that the two at Legal Shield were completely incorrect! Their mistake could have cost me more than $75,000, if I had allowed them to represent me!

Legal Shield essentially only useful for Traffic Ticket Insurance. The attorney's for the most part are unhelpful and go out of their way to tell you that you do not have a case.
