This attorney and his team refuse to fight for you in court. They are not competent to fight in court and will avoid trial at all cost, even at the sake of your freedom and life. They scare clients into shady and unfair plea bargains. Jay Abt tells you what you want to hear in order to get your money, after that he doesn't return calls, and is difficult to get in contact with. Fighting for his clients is not his priority. He is unprepared, doesn't know the details of the case, and simply could care less about the wellbeing of his client. Please STAY AWAY from this firm at all cost. You will be hurt and disappointed in the end.

Jay Abt is an excellent attorney and was fantastic. I had an issue that looked as if it would have to go to trial and frankly did not want to go through it. Jay found a way for no jail time and no criminal record through a plea deal that would avoid a trial and other issues but I would have to accept probation. After the probation, my record would be wiped clean and the issue would be gone. I accepted and am grateful. In fact Jay and his team were all great and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and would definitely seek his expertise again if I was ever in need.

Jay and his team were amazing! They handled a very serious case and although it took a long time he got the case dismissed! I would recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer for any serious criminal case.
