Amy Carter is the BEST! We have had her as our attorney for the past 10 years with several different cases and would highly recommend her! She and Cassi are the biggest blessing and has walked alongside us each step of the way throughout the years. Amy is easy to work with, easy to talk to, understanding and compassionate. I always felt she had my children's best interest at heart and it showed in the courtroom. I always felt like I was a priority and not just another case. Jacob Stidham and team are great to work with and very knowledgeable. He is very competent in presenting evidence to the court. And was successful in my case. (I say this, because I have used attorneys, in the past, that have talked a good game until it came time to present to the court) I highly recommend them.

Kathryn Clark is absolutely amazing!! When I first called, she listened carefully, asked questions to clarify and then advised. This turned out to be a very long, drawn out custody case, but Kathryn was always there for me, responded promptly, and was positive and encouraging. When we finally got to the hearing in front of the judge, she was incredible! Just seeing her each day bolstered my confidence and calmed my nerves. I couldn't have asked for more! When she questioned us, she was pointed and dug deep to ensure the judge saw the whole picture. When she cross examined the other side, she was so well prepared and pushed hard without seeming like a bully. It was beautiful to watch. I would strongly recommend Kathryn to anyone seeking an attorney. Oh, and by the way, we won! Two kids are now safe and happy because of Kathryn's efforts.

My daughter was charged with a DUI in 2019 while she was on prescribed medication from her physician. With Covid, her case was delayed for two years, and didn't go to court until last week. Phil worked a miracle and her case was dismissed after having to be rescheduled a few times due to my daughter's health. I would highly recommend him!
