How do I start this review? I decided to file bankruptcy in June of this year after getting in over my head in credit card debt. My biggest fear was losing my assets that I had worked so hard for but I knew that I needed a fresh start financially. One Saturday afternoon, I began to search the internet for BK attorneys and came across the Jeff Fields and Associates webpage. After reviewing the website; I left my information for the office to call me at their earliest convenience. Jeff personally called me within an hour of me leaving my information and after the conversation I had with him, I knew that I had the right man to handle my case. Jeff was so knowledgeable regarding the bankruptcy laws in Georgia and answered all my questions with ease. His staff is extremely professional yet personable. I never had a problem with emails or calls not being answered in a timely manner. They are the best in Georgia! So much so that I referred my co-worker to them and she fell in love with Jeff! Towards the end of my case, Jeff called me personally to thank me for choosing him to represent me and the call was so genuine. He truly cares about his clients and is excellent at what he does. When you meet him you can immediately tell he has years of experience. I received my discharge letter on today and I am still amazed at how smooth the process was for me. I would highly recommend this office. The attorney who worked with us was knowledgeable and efficient and never made us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed.
