BEST LAWYER EVER!!! In dealing with custody of my child, I have utilized Jody's services for one out of court settlement, two phone consultations, and one custody trial. He is the definition of dedication. He treated me like family. He wanted what was best for my child, not just a win or a paycheck. He was emotionally invested in getting my child to the best situation possible. He has never been afraid to tell me what I should not do. His guidance and hard work helped me get 50/50 custody with a judge that does not agree with those parenting plans. I will always go to Jody if I ever need a lawyer in the future. Judy and the rest of his office staff are are always clear, timely, and polite. While I do admit it was a lot of paperwork, we went into court confident there would be no surprises from opposing counsel.
