We missed a phone consultation due to being at our son’s ring ceremony and it went on a lot longer then we were told. There was nothing that we could do and ofcourse we were not able to step out and call them they do not call you. We wanted to do an adoption with my 3 sons. Now that we missed the appointment we have to pay $25 just in order to make another appointment. It is sad that dealing with families and children. They would turn someone down due to being there with their son and not being able to get away. I do not believe intentions are in the right place and would avoid this place seems as if they are all about the money and not families. It is not about the money they are requiring us just to reschedule. It is the principle if you are going to be this way initially I would hate to see how it would be in representing families in such sensitive matters as this. The office manager was very dismissive and could care less.
