David West and his law firm has shown my family and I professionalism, commitment and integrity.He took my son's case and each time there was a trail date Mr.West came to represent him. His staff always answered our phone calls, we would leave him a message and he would return our calls. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with David West and Associates.

Glad we FIRED David and his "firm". David never did anything he said he would do...just a bunch of talk. 15k & 2yrs down the drain. He said he would bring out the claws if he needed...I guess he must of gotten declawed. If your looking for a good attorney ... keep looking, he may offer you a good price but its worth it to pay a little more. UPDATE: Our new attorney got ALL our charges dropped...David wanted us to take a plea deal (2yrs in jail).

I know David West to be an excellent criminal attorney. A lot of the one star reviews are concerning an attorney who is no longer with the firm.

You know that moment you remember you had to get your car tags renewed? Well, for me, it was when I had blue lights behind me. Glad I called Mr. West to help me with the case. I had to be out of the country during my court date, but he was able to handle it promptly.

I called David West to look into getting a 10+ year criminal charge expunged from my record. A receptionist answered the call took down my information and advised that Mr. West would be in touch once available. I received a call personally from Mr. West within the next few minutes. He advised me that under this scenario, this was something that I could handle personally and walked me through the process. Instead of blindly taking my money, Mr. West was ethical and upright. He indicated that if i was not able to resolve personally to come back and we could discuss next steps at that time. If I am ever in a bind going forward, I would use Mr. West without hesitation.
