I couldn't be happier with David West & Associates. When I got into a minor disagreement with the police over a bag of marijuana in my friend's car David really took care of me. He told me what to expect and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He handled everything and all I had to do was show up when he told me to. I'm glad this is all in the past, but if it hadn't been for David I'm sure this misunderstanding would have affected me for the rest of my life.

I had to BEG my lawyer, MICHAEL DUPONTE, to fight for me for a contractor who turned the gas on illegally at one of my rental properties. He literally told me that I "simply" needed to go to the courthouse and turn myself in! I was in shock, as I wondered what his job was? Long story short, I paid my retainer so I demanded he do his job. I asked him again, as we entered the courtroom for the THIRD appearance-the other ones were continued as they waited for me to admit something I did not do, "Please fight for me this time." He FINALLY presented all the facts, challanged allegations, and won the case. I felt good that it was over but terrible that I was made to feel like a criminal by DAVID WEST'S FIRM I retained! 😠

Where should I begin... I hired Mr. Michael Duponte for a charge I received in August 2016. For a year and 7 months, it seems as if I sat around and continued to go to court without moving forward with the results I was looking for. I could never get in touch with him, the receptionist would take my messages and they would never get to him, he stop showing up to court to represent me starting in December 2017. In March of 2018, I FINALLY had the chance to speak to Mr. Duponte and I wish the call was on a recorded line. His tone and attitude towards everything I asked him was "I don't care". I was stuck. After I realized I had been a fool for so long, I finally decided to fire him and hired a new lawyer who was the complete opposite. He help me get the results I needed in less than a MONTH! One month people! All I can say is if you want to get the results you need and get the mistake(s) you've made behind you, DO NOT hire this man. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. West and he was a gem. I hate that he could not represent me because he does not specialize in what I was charged for. Mr. West, Mr. Duponte is given your firm a bad name. He has the most poor service and representation as a lawyer I have ever witnessed. If you are reading this review and you know better, do not hire this man. You will regret every moment from walking into the office to listening to him talk about nothing. However, what I can say is I thank you because now I know for 1. I will do my best to stay out of trouble and 2. God forbid if I do get in trouble again, I will overlook David West and associates because the "associates" are not even worth the time. #Makegoodchoices

I retained Mr. West for my 4/18/2018 court appearance for my TPO Violation hearing in which if found guilty I was going 2 prison. Mr. West won my case and even the judge said afterwards 2 me that I had a good lawyer. 5 stars because I'm a free man and all because of Mr. West..

Beware!!!!! please save your money and hire a more professional law firm these liars dont even reponse to there clients mr. west is always out the office go figure Me and my family paid him in jan he has done nothing im going to demand my money back and hire a real lawyer Mr. West and his team are total jokes. Im going to post a review on every site to get the word out about this firm. We are tired of these lieing lawyers this is not the 90's you will be exposed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
