I don’t know who needs to hear this but Gina stands on BIG BUSINESS OKAY! My son father wants to dismiss the whole custody case because of how screwed over he got 💪🏽! Gina & her team is worth every penny! They are very responsive, they take the time to listen to you and help you understand everything and fight for what you want. I never felt brushed off! Will definitely recommend her and return to her in the future if ever needed again!

Attorney Smalley did a very thorough job on my post-nuptial agreement and the pricing was very reasonable considering the complicated nature of the agreement. I wanted to put provisions for child custody in the agreement, but I guess that was not possible in Georgia. Overall, excellent service.

Gina was fierce and relentless in my divorce and ongoing custody battle. I admittedly did not know what I was getting myself into, and she guided me through every step of the process. I was able to get everything I wanted and more. I will be forever grateful for her help.

A pay for play lawyer, who is only out to get paid, not work. If you have legitimate issues, you need to keep looking for some one who listens. She will lead you on and the things that "eh life ain't always perfect" are actually things showing you should run. If your just looking for a quick solution find some one who charges less. And actually talks to you not at you. I was left with more issues than anything solved.. like most of the other post when you come in to find out what is going on she turns against you and refuses to hear your side, as if your guilty until proven innocent. She had no notes or anything on what was going on, literally had no clue why I was there. what had happened or why the actions taken where taken. She had no clue.... It was terrifying especially with the court hearing a week out, and how ugly the situation was. My head still spins from the gaslighting session she called a "strategy meeting" I have still yet to be refunded from her charging me for that, and her forwarding the emails after etc. (probably more should be, but that would be hard to catch... And she knows she is a lawyer) "No one cares about you" ~ law office of Gina Smalley. (Yes that is an actual quote from miss Smalley, and it was in response to me not doing what she wanted... Me and my ex don't get along, this lady is something I would have in a million years never guessed she was right about.. I can admit when I'm wrong though)

If you are looking for an attorney that knows and can navigate the court system. I highly recommend Gina Smalley. She saved me $10K in child support, that was calculated wrong. She also restored my visitation, which was unlawfully stopped. She even got me an emergency hearing within 24 hrs to deal with a life changing event.
