I strongly recommend Gina Smalley for any family legal issues. She is highly attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. She always kept me informed of the status of my custody and child support case. If you want a pit bull fighting for you then you want to hire Gina! She was always prepared and strategically fought hard for my case. Although the time frame of my case was long and drawn out, in the end, it was worth it because I won and was awarded reimbursement of my attorney fees.

Gina is so dedicated to helping her clients she worked so hard on my custody case September 2017 she is the best I would strongly recommend her to someone else I would use her again she listens to you takes her time to explain what you don't understand and her assistant Marcy is awesome too. I would call constantly and they were always willing to talk to me.

I was very happy through the process of my case with Gina Smalley. She was always responded to my emails and phone calls without asking for extra charges like some other attorneys. Her goal was to get the best result for my case, and watch for my best interest. I'll never forget that time that she helped my teenage son without any charge.

Without knowing her prior to our consultation I hired Gina to handle my divorce case and I'm so glad I did. She is very good at what she does. Contacting her and her assistant Marcy was never not once an issue. Gina stays on top of things. Although I hope to never need an attorney again if I do she will definitely be my choice.

Gina is by far the best at what she does. The year of 2012, I wasn't able to see my sons for three weeks until I hired Gina. Within the same day of court by 12 p.m. I was reunited with my sons.
