They lack communication they never return calls they seem as if they care but they really dont. Being in a accident is a real painful experience but makes it worse when you deal with a law firm that has no respect when they are working for you. All it takes is communication so your on the same page but not with these people. Regret it all. **Update ** Still dealing with everything on top of new case. Feeling havent changed much

I started working with the firm September 2018. I went through 3 case managers and it seemed as though things would start over. I was the one who reached out and got my medical bills and faxed them. I thought they were unprofessional, and didn’t return phone calls or text. I opted to discontinue services with them roughly 9 months after working with them b/c I felt it was going nowhere and went somewhere else. I’m happy with my decision on discontinuing working with them.

I was very impressed with this firm! They kept me informed all the way through the process. Always encouraged me to call them with any questions. The Atty Jason Binette was top notch. He made you feel like you were his only client. Would highly recommend this firm! Thank you for all you did for my family during such a difficult time!

I had a reck in March 2019.I didn't know who to call.Not around here.Its all about how much money the other lawyers want around here.I didn't think I had no pain until 5 days later.Then I went to hospital and I had whiplash and hurt my lower back too. I was in alot of painI had already called a few people.about my pain.1

I thought I was making a good choice. Either they were unavailable or out of the office when I called them. They will call you back like stalkers when you tell them to drop your case. My attorney Mr. Binette received medpay for me and never told me, in fact he never even told me what medpay was.
My advice to anyone is to do your research before hiring this firm. I never read the Google reviews until after I hired them, and I've had the same experience as the other people who took time to write reviews.
I have a new attorney and I'm glad I made that decision.

Terrible, unprofessional I had 4 different paralegals on my team. Do not answer voicemails. Wish I knew about this 2017, now I'm stuck with 10k worth of Bill's. Tell me why what was the point of having an attorney, gathering bills for you!!! I smell class action lawsuit
