So far my experience has been pretty good! My case manager Steven has been very open and honest with me about my case and the communication has been great! I recommend them!

I worked with them on our recent road accident and had very bad experience dealing with them, I would never recommend them. They hide many things and would only tell you at the end when you don't have any option to go back, they politely say you please get treated first and will discuss things later (as if they really care about you), by then it will be too late and the case is handed over to someone else. In our case they didn't even take our consent before submitting the demand, no reconciliation of bills was done. Look for someone else guys and be very caution at every step. There is lot of money involved here.

They did me wrong they told me if I didn't win I didn't owe them anything I went to the doctor that they told me to I didn't win so now I'm stuck with a bill I can't pay .

after 16 months of them saying they were on my side, they dropped my case. communication all but ceased and then I received a letter stating that they were no longer representing me! now I've reached out to 20 different attorneys and they all have declined to take on my ca see e now that so much time has lapsed! thanks for absolutely nothing! as far as recommendations go, trust and believe that I won't be referring ANYONE to this house of cards!

I was in an accident January 9th. My case manager Joanie was by far the worst communicator ever... My doctors couldn't even get in touch with her for almost an entire month. And everyone seemed to be upset with me because of the communication issues. Ill never go back to them nor do I recommend their services to anyone else

Good Morning, I know you’re off today but I really wanted to know what happened to the paperwork I needed to sign? It was Thursday when you got the top offer, Friday morning when you said you would send it for me to sign, Christmas is Tuesday so why wasn’t my paperwork emailed to me in between that timeline. After Christmas another holiday is coming and my check has to sit an account to clear before I can pick it up. I should really be compensated for this inconvenience bc your last email stated I should be receiving it in mins and it’s been days. Dealing with Shane Smith was the biggest mistake I’ve mad and I will be writing a review in my blog also to my 5000 Facebook friends, 12000 Instagram followers 9000 YouTubers and tweeting about my experience. From My first attorney making me continue treatment so I can receive a bigger settlement to no communication for months out of time to getting maybe 2500 out of a 25,000$ settlement. I’m still in pain I received painful injections into my back multiple times and i am left with basically nothing. Shane Smith is the worst Law Firm he loses attorneys, paralegals and other employees every month bc they of the awful way he handles his clients and he will be exposed and I will be getting another attorney to file a suit against his Law Firm.
