Nice Law firm .. They are caring , want to make sure your needs are being taken care of. They listen , and always get back in touch with you to see how your doing & how things are moving along. Very nice Associates, they care. Other lawyers didn't feel I had a case , wouldn't help me. The Law offices of Shane Smith is taking care of me , relieved my mind . I wld highly recommend them .. I was in a car accident in September 2017. I have been working with Shane Smith Law and what an amazing experience it has been. Devin and Brittany have been so informative. Every time they call to check on me, that are extremely empathetic and helpful. They explain next steps and let me know that they are taking care of everything so that I can focus on getting better. It has been a pleasure working with this company and if you are unfortunately in an accident, this is who you should call. Thank you for helping me thru this difficult time.

This has to be the worst law firm in Georgia. My paralegal won’t return my calls, my attorney refuses to return calls or emails. I am a very patient person but to be ignored on a case I hired you to represent me for is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Since I’ve hired them I have had 3 paralegals and 2 Attorney’s on this 1 cases at this point I’m confused and upset 😡 with the entire firm.

My experience so far with this law office is wonderful.. Currently being 8 months pregnant and my 8 year old son, we were in a car accident and this law firm is doing what they have to do for me to make sure my health is at 100%!!!! Jordan and Jackie have been the greatest keeping in touch with me. Communication and support from them has been the best in this journey for me. When you have people that genuinely care its the greatest relief that you have someone on your side.
