I have used Randy for years. From criminal to civil cases. I’ve referred him to a lot of people! They all day he Really cares about his clients! When he tells you he’s able to do something, you can rest assured it will be done! Only downfall is communication… it’s hard to get him to call you back or to receive updates.

I spoke with Randall Hicks on numerous occasions. He never went to discuss the case with my son but he had been paid I. Full. He took a plea agreement to him without reviewing his case. The plea agreement was base on someone else’s background. I advised him was going to do a complaint and he stated that Judge Volyes would make sure my son go to prison if I did a complaint and Judge Volyes is trying to make sure he goes to prison. Do Not go to Randall Hicks he will only take your money. They all are friends and will make sure our young African American men go to prison whether they are innocent or not. Parents in Valdosta are about your kids and go over their paperwork and if you don’t understand reach out to someone to explain the laws to you if not, I promise they would make sure all of our kids go to prison. I would give a negative -100 if I could.

Mr. Hicks has a vast knowledge of military law and procedures. His expertise helped me receive a very equitable settlement in my divorce from a retired military member. He made sure I was advised of all my rights under the law and also made sure all the necessary paperwork was filed with the proper agency. I cannot thank Mr. Hicks and his staff enough.
