Valdosta - you need not look any further for a qualified, honest, and professional attorney. I am from Savannah and wish Randy lived there. He and his staff exceeded my expectations. He and his staff were professional and very experienced at quickly negotiating, navigating, and nailing a maximum settlement for my personal injury case.

Mr. Hicks has been a tremendous help for me and my family. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he's personable and for me that was very important in choosing who would represent me. Mr. Hicks is an amazing attorney. I was charged with DUI back in 2010, and Randy got the charges reduced. As a result I got to keep my license and inevitably my job. The short version is that I drive for a living, and couldn't continue to work in my field without my drivers license (not even a work permit would have been sufficient for my employer). After it was all said and done I had to attend some classes and to pay a fine, but I do not have a DUI on my record thanks to Randall Hicks. Aadditionally, I contacted Mr. Hicks recently because I was needing legal advice for a civil matter, and he remembered who I was after I told him my name. It's extraordinary that he remembered who I was after nearly 7 years. I would recommend Mr. Hicks to anyone seeking legal advice; he is extremely professional, and takes the time to explain every detail to you. You can tell he really does care about helping people!

Mr. Hicks was an amazing attorney, he provided awesome council to me during my most difficult time. Mr. Hicks is the best attorney in Valdosta. He knows exactly what to do and gives great advice to help you with your case and what you should do! Has great staff and is very friendly and will work with you with what ever you are going through. The price is great for the work that he does! Very Knowledgeable! Double Win from double task on and off duty allegations. The base legal office pursued a Court Martial until I hired Mr. Hicks to represent me rather than the ADC. His proactive mentality presented the base legal office the facts "before the train left the station." Every week that passed he had better news for me. The final extraordinary news revealed large false military allegations had been defeated. I ended up with an Article 15 due to my own failure to obey military orders. Pertaining to the same false allegations in civil court a few weeks later, the case was also thrown out with no charges. I believe his first hand knowledge and many years of military and civilian service will represent your best interests.
