I’m so thankful to have had Mr. Mickey Williams by my side during court. I was falsely accused, facing 63 years! Mickey Williams saved my life! I would highly recommend Robert F. Capovilla to anyone needing representation against false accusations and charges in the military. He is proactive and begins to prepare immediately - even before formal charges have been made. During the trial he was prepared for every false narrative and charge pushed by the prosecutor and forcefully and effectively discredited them and refocused the discussion to the facts. Mr. Daniel Higgins was one of the gentlemen that represented me at my HQDA mandated separation board. My ex-wife is an agent with CID. She used her intimate knowledge of the military's investigative and legal system to fabricate 120 and 128 allegations against me. She continued to make false statements of animal cruelty, Art. 134. Dan looked at all of the evidence I had and quickly saw that there was no merit in any of the allegations. We took the time to go through every detail and built a strong defense that showed that my ex-wife could not be trusted due to her lack of integrity. He was able to clearly dictate the facts and the reasons for my ex-wife making up lies to cover up her crimes that she committed. Dan is a solid attorney with Capovilla and Williams. My board was over 13 hours long. Dan used his knowledge and determination to allow my story to be heard AND defend my case and reputation from a personally hired legal attorney that was hired to help my ex-wife keep her badge and credentials.
