I was falsely accused of misconduct and was told I had to go before an Army Separation Board. Well I hired the team at Capovilla and William’s to help me. They were able to prove I didn’t conduct the misconduct and fight to have the board retain me and allow me to continue to serve. They are an amazing team and on top of that they showed that they actually cared about my case. If you’re in need of help I urge you to reach out to them asap. I highly recommend the Capovilla & Williams law firm. They did an outstanding job representing our son during his military trial. I am currently a CWO 2 in the Marine Corps. I was facing a Board of Inquiry for some bogus charges that were referred against me. I quickly researched the best military lawyers online and decided that Capovilla and Williams was the best fit. They contacted me instantly and began working my case. They appointed their best BOI litigator to my case Dan Higgins. He instantly began working on my case and provided me weekly status updates. When the time came for the BOI, he met with me the day prior so we could prep and to calm my nerves. The day of the BOI, he slaughtered the government prosecution and has the accuser squirming in his seat. He was able to quickly poke holes in the accusers story and point out inconsistencies with his story. In the end, we WON the case and I finally was able to clear my name. Another important factor to consider is their pricing which is VERY reasonable compared to others. You can pay three times as much for a different lawyer but still wont get the quality that Capovilla and Williams provides.
