Dan is a hunter, he wait for the prey, let it be and hunt. At the end of the hearing, he destroy the government representation and the absentee accuser. I was retained and comeback to my normal life. Amazing!! Knowledgeable in their field

I was falsely accused of sexual assault by a fellow sailor. When I found out about it after speaking with NCIS I was scared and confused about it all. With being threatened with prison time I started calling attorneys. Mr. Capovilla was the one that stood out to me and my family the most so we hired him. With that being said he put together a fantastic team and won the case, we was all about winning the case and anything he could do to get the job done. After the first day on trial the jury was already on our side and that’s all thanks to Mr. Capovilla and the great team he put together!
