I hired rob and his lawfirm shortly after being falsely accused of Domestic Violence. I was in a situation that everything was against me and I felt I had no way of proving my innocence without due process. I was wrong. The day I hired Rob he was quick to advise me and began gathering information on the case. To top it off this was on a weekend that he took the time to advise and go through the process with me. This was before I even paid a retainer fee. The 1st month into the process I was being investigated by CID. Rob and his team were already on the case and had been gathing information in my defense. Long story short almost two months into the investigation I was not able to see my family. My commander had a Military Protective Order (MPO) in place that was keeping me from them. After several attempts to have the MPO modified there were no results. That’s when Rob and his team consolidated the facts along with the information that supported the MPO being modified or lifted. That information was used in filling a Article 138 against my commander. The day after the complaint was filed redress began to be provided. Within a month the MPO was lifted completely. Most importantly the information that was used in the Article 138 was able to prove my innocence without being charged. Since day 1 rob provided me updates and always answered my calls and texts regardless of the time. He’s a must have for any defense regarding your military career!

There aren’t enough words to describe how much my family and I are indebted to Robert and his team for my son’s case.
