Good people knowledgeable and friendly

Divorce was a disaster for me. I was a train-wreck, my emotions were all over the place and I am the woman who needs an answer RIGHT NOW ! Let me just say that Pat and her Team : Amy AND Melissa didn't skip a beat. They kept me sane. Pat is kind, genuinely caring, and ONE FIERCE LAWYER. I came to her with little to no fight left, Alot of nerves, and very little hope. By the time I was signing my papers, I was smiling and feeling like I can finally move on to my new life. She advised me strictly and she listened. In fact, I chose this firm because on my initial call, THEY LISTENED. I hope that in my future I never need another divorce lawyer. But, if I do or any one that I know may, I am sending them Pat's way Or atleast to Meriwether and Tharp's office. Professional, timely, and proficient. David and his team were great! He, Blake and Julianne were always there with good advice and quick to respond anytime that I needed them. They made a very difficult and emotional issue much easier to work through with the best outcome I could have asked for.

The team at Hartmanlaw are great to work with. They can handle the closings with challenges too. This year we've had to close one property at the hospital, had a mail away where the client didn't follow instructions which further complicated the closing, a mail away that turned into a POA at the last minute and a bankruptcy that experienced numerous delays. That's just a few of them out of 28. No matter what situation I bring to Andy and his team, they step up with a solution and we close on time. They go above and beyond and make it look easy. I really appreciate a well organized team since that's the way I run my business.....and that's why I bring my clients to Hartmanlaw. I want them to receive top notch service all the way through to a smooth closing and on time!

Divorce is not a fun word and certainly not a fun thought. From my experience, if you are thinking about divorce for any amount of time, it's probably going to end up happening. If you find yourself saying it's time to "undo the I do", contact Patricia and her team at Meriwether & Tharp, LLC. There was a lot of "unknowns" for the sake of even thinking about divorce. Patricia, made the process seem so easy and seamless. Fortunately, with my situation we agreed and had the ability to be "amicable" and "uncontested" from the start. Those words are nothing in a divorce process until the pen meets the paper. I am so glad that I had a true professional driving this process from the beginning. I know Patricia was super busy when I made the call to her, but her and the team made me feel as if I was a priority divorce case. They all were all very patient during this stressful time. They were able to articulate each step clearly so I understood what to do and when. They were organized and had superb time management. Even down to the formal legal documents, it was easy to understand making it even easier for the oposing side to not think they were being tricked in anyway. The entire process was handled electronically, with the exception of any notarized signatures I had to hand deliver. Don't have a second thought for anyone else if you are facing divorce. I cannot say more positive things about this law firm! I am so blessed to have worked with them in countless closings over the years. David Canale and his team did an amazing job for me with my divorce. It had some complications, and they guided me through and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience.
