When I was put under investigation with my Command pending Court Martial, I didn't know who to turn to for help. I contacted this number for help with a DMV hearing. I was told it was going to be 200$ to get started with pulling records and going over them. All pretty standard except how little I actually got for the 200$. Spent maybe an hour on the phone for 3 minutes of information. Then I was quoted 2k for the hearing help. I would look down the street.

If you're dealing with a disability issue and need a lawyer to help you get your Social Security benefits, your best bet is to contact Mr. Freeman and retain him as your lawyer, he's absolutely the best.
My husband passed away last July and in addition to the immense sadness I was going through, I was also at a loss of what I would be able to do, and if I could receive windows disability social security. I'm disabled and have never dealt with applying for SSD because I had heard so many bad stories about people losing their cases after years of trying, but with my husband gone I had no means to support myself financially and decided that I'd better get a lawyer and just hope for the best. I decided to retain Mr. Freeman and am forever grateful that I did, because rather than just hoping for the best, I got the best!!
In addition to being a wonderful lawyer, Mr. Freeman is also a wonderful person. He took my case and was available for me anytime I had a question or was confused about the paperwork that Social Security needed me to fill out. I recall that at one point, after I had already sent Social Security copies of my marriage certificate, they sent me a letter of denial for my widows disability case, saying that my husband and I were never married. I called Mr Freeman in tears, not only had I just lost my husband of 23 years, but now they're saying that we weren't married!! Mr. Freeman calmed me down and said he'd take care of it, which he did.
I have never in my life had to deal with a lawyer, and never needed one as much as I did during this terrible time in my life, like I stated before, he's the best!! I'm so thankful that Mr. Freeman was my lawyer, fighting for me to receive the benefits I was entitled to, and ultimately winning my case for me. The paperwork and proof about my disability, that he submitted to the Judge showed how thorough Mr. Freeman is at his job. The day before my hearing, the Judge called Mr. Freeman and said there would be no need for the hearing, that all of the paperwork and evidence for my disability case was perfect and I was granted a full favorable decision regarding my widows disability case.
Due to the Covid situation, I never had the chance to see Mr Freeman in person, but if given the chance, I would of wanted to give him a giant hug of gratitude.
Thank you Mr. Freeman, Mrs. Freeman and your team of experts, I don't know what I would do without having you on my side. May God bless all of you.

If you are reading this chances are you are in a difficult situation. When I was facing an investigation and up against the one sided juggernaut that an Army investigation is I didn’t know where to turn. I was facing 30 years in prison and my 19 year career was on the line. After talking to a few different civilian attorneys I found Lance. He immediately sent me a text message and after learning what was going on he got out of bed to call me and discuss my situation. After discussing his approach I knew he was the one to help me. After hiring him he continued to amaze me by his legal knowledge and his skills to approach CID and the command.
Lance was always responsive. Anytime I reached out to him he stopped whatever he was doing to answer my questions, make phone calls to protect my rights and anything else that came up.
In the end the command decided not to prefer any charges because of Lances ability to present exculpatory evidence that proved my defense. Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews and call Lance right away.

In my opinion, Mr. Youngner is a very sharp attorney and advocate. He communicates clearly (and is available). After reviewing my case, Mr. Youngner found more than two additional points of noncompliance by the offending department in my appeal for correction.

We needed a representative with extensive cannabis expertise because our business partners ended up being not so great partners.
Since we couldnt use our previous business attorney, we asked everyone we respected in the industry and got several recommendations to go with Aaron. One recommendation came from a friend who, with Aaron's help, had just won a 2 year legal battle against his former partner for a large settlement. So it was pretty easy to trust Aaron's experience, and I had personally seen his success with my friend.
Our situation was complex and layered. When we explained the circumstances, Aaron quickly and easily understood the complexities. He jumped in and took control of the communication with the other side.
The previous partners legal representative was very combative and overly aggressive. They also had much deeper pockets than us, and were attempting to bully the situation to run up my legal bills.
Aaron easily saw through this and was able to prevent them from dragging us into a deeper or ongoing situation. He was more clever and knowledgeable than their representation. His communications with them were firm, but not combative or retaliatory to their negativity.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. He did alot more then we asked when it came to my brothers court hearing, my brother was fighting 26 felony charges in 2005 with felony priors, with the help of this wonderful man he did no prison time, we had hope in him getting better with rehab because of his drug addiction in which Mr. Brodsky was able to get him an alternative sentence to get our brother the help he needed. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble.
