Jose Klein is a very intelligent, compassionate lawyer, and an overall really nice person! He listened to me rant and rave about the treatment I endured from my former employer, and never once made me feel silly or out of line. He was the only person who actually acknowledged that it was wrong how they treated me, and that was really huge for me in that moment. He isn’t only kind and attentive to your concerns, but he’s also a genius and can truly hear what you are saying, and articulate it back and into a way that actually makes sense.

I contacted this firm with some questions about employer privacy law, and slanderous behavior. We needed a representative with extensive cannabis expertise because our business partners ended up being not so great partners.
Since we couldnt use our previous business attorney, we asked everyone we respected in the industry and got several recommendations to go with Aaron. One recommendation came from a friend who, with Aaron's help, had just won a 2 year legal battle against his former partner for a large settlement. So it was pretty easy to trust Aaron's experience, and I had personally seen his success with my friend.
Our situation was complex and layered. When we explained the circumstances, Aaron quickly and easily understood the complexities. He jumped in and took control of the communication with the other side.
The previous partners legal representative was very combative and overly aggressive. They also had much deeper pockets than us, and were attempting to bully the situation to run up my legal bills.
Aaron easily saw through this and was able to prevent them from dragging us into a deeper or ongoing situation. He was more clever and knowledgeable than their representation. His communications with them were firm, but not combative or retaliatory to their negativity.
I think he had a great read of the circumstances and the people involved. And he maneuvered through the problems and communications excellently.
He also helped give us better perspective of our situation as it dragged on. He helped us understand the need for our personal restraint, and made suggestions for how we could maneuver going forward for our personal and business success.
In the end,we got out of the partnership, with minimal headaches, and are in a much better position now thanks to the advice and guidance that Aaron gave us.

My case has been ongoing since 2010. I was finally granted a higher VA rating for my injuries in 2018 after years of appeals back and forth. I spoke Att Lavan in Feb. I had already sent him all my info. He said we'll take care of you!! A week or so later I got a later from an adjudicator.the contact he put me in touch with told me exactly what needed to do. To shorten and go straight to a satisfactory conclusion, I received. Although it takes awhile to be scheduled for a hearing before an Administrative Judge...it is no fault of the Law Firm...but due to the back log of the Social Security System....but I must say I was very pleased with my Case Developer Betsy Joseph...who returned all my calls and kept my case updated and let me know what I needed to do...she was just an all around nice person..(she is a keeper)...also my Attorney, Ms. Amy Shenstone was very knowledgeable about my case and had all the necessary paperwork available for my hearing...because of these two people it made this frustrating, long process bearable...hats off to a job well done..(please let these two people mentioned know that I am grateful for all that was done. My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. I want to thank Mr. Truesdale and everyone on his staff that worked on my bankruptcy case.
Everyone was very professional and respectful. I was very nervous thoughout the 3-month process, but was told repeatedly “not to worry.”
I went to the hearing last week in Trenton and my case was completely “discharged.”

I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. He did alot more then we asked when it came to my brothers court hearing, my brother was fighting 26 felony charges in 2005 with felony priors, with the help of this wonderful man he did no prison time, we had hope in him getting better with rehab because of his drug addiction in which Mr. Brodsky was able to get him an alternative sentence to get our brother the help he needed. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. Only Mr. Brodsky was passionate enough to understand that and help me to fight the charges and got rid of them completely. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done.

I was searching for a licensed defense attorney in California that specialized specifically in defending nurses against accusations from BVNPT/BRN and came across Ray & Bishop, PLC through a google search. I read reviews that former clients have posted about their representation and also looked up their webpage online. I decided to take a leap of faith after reviewing their reviews, website, and blog and seeing the successful comments and how satisfied clients who were represented by Ray & Bishop, PLC. were. I was dealing with a criminal matter that was dismissed but later was picked up by BVNPT and was sent an accusation that my license was being investigated and that they wanted to discipline me based on these allegations. The process from when the incident occurred to posting an accusation was approximately 5 years. Long story short, I was assigned to Mr. John Bishop regarding my matter with the boards and he was attentive, knowledgeable, matter of fact, understanding, straight forward, and responsive in answering my never ending questions and concerns. He was genuinely concerned and was available via email and by phone. Even though he was busy he would return my emails/calls promptly. Luckily, my case did not have to go through an administrative hearing and after 5 months I received the most wonderful news I could have ever asked for “accusation withdrawn”
Words can’t express how grateful and relieved I am that this nightmare was finally resolved and I can finally move on. I received a discipline in another state and California immediately followed suit. During trial, I did my best in answering the prosecutor’s questions. It wasn't until I saw how he organized my medical history that I realized how much work really went into our case. He did such a good job that the Judge didn't even take the time to do the final hearing. Marshall definitely has a sense of humor and obviously knows what he is doing. It was a long process and I didn't get approved till the third appeal... but that sounds like how the system is set up. My only complaint is that he can be a fast talker sometimes which says more about my cognition. At the end of the day he got me a fully favorable decision and had more faith in my case than even I did.

Like many Veterans, I filed a claim with the VA for a host of illnesses, to include two bouts of kidney cancer, which resulted in the removal of half of my right kidney and complete removal of my left. As a result, I have been on daily dialysis for the past two + years. After receiving the VA rejection letter, I spoke with an old Air Force buddy and close friend who several years ago also filed and was rejected. He told me that after fighting the VA for nearly five years, he reached out to Attorney Eagle. Attorney Eagle took his case and began the appeal process which resulted in a 100 % service connected ruling from the VA. I put off calling her and my buddy kept pestering me to pick up the phone and to give her a call. Finally, I quit stalling and gave her a call. I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. Thanks to Katrina and Jim Radogna’s continued support, knowledge and empathy for me, I am now at 100% disability. Never could I have imagined this outcome and will forever be thankful for their continuous support and encouragement to never give up the fight!

My Air Force veteran husband was in the hospital for eight months with an acute leukemia when we heard about Katrina. She took his case and worked through all the red tape and an appeal to get him into the VA and ultimately a settlement. I too am an attorney, but could not have managed this process without her. Be prepared, its a long process, lots of "hurry up & wait", but if you can produce the info she needs to make your case, she knows the system!

Stephen took my case when other attorneys refused. It was a case against a highly political entity in Mississippi who have many, many attorneys on “outside” retainers. This prevents them from representing a person bringing suit against the entity.
Stephen had no qualms about taking my case. I must say he fought a great fight for me and we did claim victory in my case, although the specific details can’t be discussed.

I am relieved as much as I am impressed with your hard work and dedication to this case. Here is my review:
This was a false positive urinalysis case. I consulted Mr. Grover Baxley briefly over the phone. He knew which questions to ask, and gave advice even before the retainer fee was paid. At this point, he was polite, professional, but also detail-oriented on initial questioning. He outlined the lengthy military legal process, as well as his fee schedule. On paying the retainer fee, Mr. Baxley gave clear instructions on the items needed from me, including a rather detailed "Love Me" document -- basically a binder of my entire life including disciplinary actions, CVs, and accomplishments/awards.
Mr. Grover Baxley will work behind the scenes. For some people, at times, you may feel as though there is no progress in the case, and that this is all a test of patience. However, and especially on discovery of evidence, Mr. Baxley will be prepared to cross-examine -- will be prepared to use even the government's own witnesses. If you have an engaged Area Defense Counsel team, this will make your defense even stronger. Mr. Baxley will call occasionally for updates, to clarify information, and to schedule conference calls for larger updates.
In my case, Mr. Baxley arrived in the area the week before a scheduled trial. I was able to meet Mr. Baxley in person at this time, and we were able to discuss the upcoming process in depth. I was assured that my defense team was as prepared as it could be. Mr. Baxley engaged the courtroom during the trial. He strategically cross-examined and was careful with his questioning. And his closing arguments evoked in me emotions I'm sure I shared with some jury members.

If you’re where I was just 7 months ago, you’re in a bad spot, with your career, reputation, and everything else you’ve worked your butt off for in jeopardy. I searched for the BEST military lawyer upon being notified of an allegation of a positive urinalysis result for marijuana. Having never done the drug my entire life, and knowing the government wanted to bring charges against me, I knew I faced an uphill battle and long road ahead. I submitted a form, giving a brief synopsis on what I was up against, and Grover quickly called me back. I contacted Mr. Baxley in February of 2022 after a positive urinalysis result. Not knowing how this result came to be I knew I needed an expert. I have 12 years of honorable service (active and guard) with no history of ever being in trouble. Mr. Baxley commanded the board room and after two days of the hearing, the final result was no misconduct, retained in the Air National Guard. Now I can continue to serve until retirement. James or Jimmy has worked on a numerous of my cases with amazing outcomes. One thing that stood out to me was how understanding and down to earth he is.
