The person answering the phone is extremely professional, but forget everything getting any of these guys calling you back. I wouldn't give them any stars, but for the person who answered the phone. If you need an attorney that is there for you you, these guys are NOT IT. They never even have the common courtesy to return a call, and I had a family member who tried to use this form and for the exact same results. My recommendation is to not even try this bunch.

I hired Mr. Reed on a recommendation from a fellow nurse. Outstanding Divorce/Child Custody Lawyer – Highly Recommend!
My case involved a divorce with children, filed by my ex-husband who lives in Ohio, while I reside in Minnesota. Despite my ex-husband and his lawyer insisting that the case should include child custody and be handled in Ohio, Catherine, who was well-versed in child custody laws, raised a key issue: under the UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), Ohio did not have jurisdiction over the children. The opposing party continued to push for a trial involving both the divorce and child custody in Ohio, even though this was legally improper. Ultimately, Catherine and I prevailed, as it was determined that Ohio lacked jurisdiction over the children under the UCCJEA. As a result, the divorce was finalized without any decisions made about custody, which would be addressed in Minnesota instead.
I am so grateful for the exceptional legal support I received from Catherine during my divorce. Going through such a difficult and emotional time was incredibly stressful, but she made the entire process so much easier to navigate. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, Catherine was there every step of the way, providing not only expert legal advice but also compassionate support.

As many of you Veterans may know the claims process can be long and arduous and even painful at times. I had been wrestling with the VA and their claims process for many years before throwing my hands in the air. I saw a Facebook ad for Cameron firm, and at that point, I had all but given up. I kept seeing their Facebook ad come up, and I’m not sure what made me dig a little deeper, but I decided to read some of the comments that were below, and the feedback was so great I decided to give them a chance. I am so glad that I put my case in the hands of Jamie Kolpein, and Cameron firm. The result was more than I could ever of hope for. for some reason the process goes better when you have attorneys adept at wrestling the VA for you. If you’re sitting on the fence as to whether you should let them represent you, don’t. The little bit that comes out of your claim proceeds far outweighs, the pain and frustration that you will go through without them on your side.

LONG STORY SHORT - Do not waste your time if you have denied VA claims. Best attorney. Mary Brown-Edokpayi at Veteran's Appeal took my claims and now I have TDIU. I am an attorney who had a pointless grievance filed against me. the problem is that it was mostly "he said, she said" about what happened. Mr. Fischer very politely and professionally cross-examined the complainant so that he got angry with the disciplinary panel and stormed off. The grievance wasrightly dismissed almost immediately. If you have a grievance filed against you, this man is an angel. I recommend him 6 out of 5 stars.

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. Like many Veterans, I filed a claim with the VA for a host of illnesses, to include two bouts of kidney cancer, which resulted in the removal of half of my right kidney and complete removal of my left. As a result, I have been on daily dialysis for the past two + years. After receiving the VA rejection letter, I spoke with an old Air Force buddy and close friend who several years ago also filed and was rejected. He told me that after fighting the VA for nearly five years, he reached out to Attorney Eagle. Attorney Eagle took his case and began the appeal process which resulted in a 100 % service connected ruling from the VA. I put off calling her and my buddy kept pestering me to pick up the phone and to give her a call. Finally, I quit stalling and gave her a call. I knew within the first minute of speaking with her that she was a fighter and that her mission in life is helping Veterans like my buddy and I to get the benefits we deserved. I served in United States Air Force from 1970 – 1974. I was stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam from 1971-1973, as fuel specialist. During that time, I was exposed to many different toxic chemicals including Agent Orange. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2011 and then two years later with thyroid cancer, the residual effects dramatically affected not only me but my family. After speaking with a representative for the Missouri Veterans Commission, I submitted a claim for exposure to Agent Orange. That claim was immediately denied. After this denial, the representative suggested I seek legal representation and was given the name of Katrina Eagle, Esq. Veterans Law Attorney. Little did I know then the dedication, tenacity and compassion this woman would show me for the next ten years! Over the course of the last ten years, numerous denials, frustrations and moments of utter disappointment and lack of the energy to continue this fight occurred, however Katrina was always there never wavering in her support and encouragement to not give up the fight. The Board of Veterans Affairs (BVA) denied our claims several times, the cases were then submitted to the US Courts of Appeals not once but twice and both times the Courts sent them back to the BVA for review. Thanks to Katrina and Jim Radogna’s continued support, knowledge and empathy for me, I am now at 100% disability. Never could I have imagined this outcome and will forever be thankful for their continuous support and encouragement to never give up the fight!
