I am an attorney who had a pointless grievance filed against me. the problem is that it was mostly "he said, she said" about what happened. Mr. Fischer very politely and professionally cross-examined the complainant so that he got angry with the disciplinary panel and stormed off. The grievance wasrightly dismissed almost immediately. If you have a grievance filed against you, this man is an angel. I recommend him 6 out of 5 stars.

Mr. Fischer helped me through my divorce with a child. He was God sent, he put up a good fight in court and got exactly what I asked for when it came to the custody and child support. He really answers everything you are curious about, and he will tell you how it is if it’s not reasonable. He was always a call or text away and helped my daughter and I through so much. Very grateful and thankful for his services. Not to mention his doggos, they helped a lot through the case too.

I hired Doug to help me with a rather sticky property transaction. I could have not asked for better representation! Even though he was doing his reserve time, he called me on his free time to get the case going. He has a wonderful paralegal "Lena" who also was very helpful and kind. After more than five years of representing myself in the VA appeal system, I found Dr. Anaise purely by chance one day by looking for VA attorneys who had experience in preparing IMOs and appeals. Was I ever lucky to have found him. After he carefully reviewed my case and medical records, he agreed to represent me just before I completed my last C&P exam. If you are lucky enough to have him represent you, you are off to an excellent start and I found his work, and that of his associate Sharon, impeccable. Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. Mr Sawyer was the perfect person for the situation I was was facing two citations, the second one being a misdemeanor. I am not familiar enough to represent myself in this matter. Even though at times, I was clueless about the process of the proceedings. When my small construction company became involved in civil litigation, my contractor’s insurance provided my company with a capable defense, but hiring Ms. Megan Goetz to represent me personally is what led to a much better outcome than I ever would have believed possible. Throughout the process, Ms. Goetz provided exactly the right level of involvement, advising me which steps could be handled by my corporate attorney and which decisions needed her input, saving me thousands of dollars. As the trial date approached, I walked into the Pence and MacMillan conference room for mediation, thinking that by the end of the day, I might need a referral to a bankruptcy attorney. If you're dealing with a disability issue and need a lawyer to help you get your Social Security benefits, your best bet is to contact Mr. Freeman and retain him as your lawyer, he's absolutely the best.
My husband passed away last July and in addition to the immense sadness I was going through, I was also at a loss of what I would be able to do, and if I could receive windows disability social security. I'm disabled and have never dealt with applying for SSD because I had heard so many bad stories about people losing their cases after years of trying, but with my husband gone I had no means to support myself financially and decided that I'd better get a lawyer and just hope for the best. I decided to retain Mr. Freeman and am forever grateful that I did, because rather than just hoping for the best, I got the best!!
In addition to being a wonderful lawyer, Mr. Freeman is also a wonderful person. He took my case and was available for me anytime I had a question or was confused about the paperwork that Social Security needed me to fill out. I recall that at one point, after I had already sent Social Security copies of my marriage certificate, they sent me a letter of denial for my widows disability case, saying that my husband and I were never married. I called Mr Freeman in tears, not only had I just lost my husband of 23 years, but now they're saying that we weren't married!! Mr. Freeman calmed me down and said he'd take care of it, which he did.
I have never in my life had to deal with a lawyer, and never needed one as much as I did during this terrible time in my life, like I stated before, he's the best!! I'm so thankful that Mr. Freeman was my lawyer, fighting for me to receive the benefits I was entitled to, and ultimately winning my case for me. The paperwork and proof about my disability, that he submitted to the Judge showed how thorough Mr. Freeman is at his job. The day before my hearing, the Judge called Mr. Freeman and said there would be no need for the hearing, that all of the paperwork and evidence for my disability case was perfect and I was granted a full favorable decision regarding my widows disability case.
Due to the Covid situation, I never had the chance to see Mr Freeman in person, but if given the chance, I would of wanted to give him a giant hug of gratitude.

If you are reading this chances are you are in a difficult situation. When I was facing an investigation and up against the one sided juggernaut that an Army investigation is I didn’t know where to turn. I was facing 30 years in prison and my 19 year career was on the line. After talking to a few different civilian attorneys I found Lance. He immediately sent me a text message and after learning what was going on he got out of bed to call me and discuss my situation. After discussing his approach I knew he was the one to help me. After hiring him he continued to amaze me by his legal knowledge and his skills to approach CID and the command.
Lance was always responsive. Anytime I reached out to him he stopped whatever he was doing to answer my questions, make phone calls to protect my rights and anything else that came up.
In the end the command decided not to prefer any charges because of Lances ability to present exculpatory evidence that proved my defense. Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews and call Lance right away.
