If you want to see yourself or love one spend all there life in jail go ahead and contract them worst lawyers gave them 20,000 and just went to trash gave my family member 60 years wow what a deal they got him they would get mad all the time we would tell them to get evidence to get a investigator and always getting mad daughter said when she lost to the jury that she didn’t like getting cases like that but yes at first they would say they would win and when we would pay the rest of the money so if you want to spend the rest of your life in prison go ahead and hire them

Attorney Boyd was everything I could ask for in a lawyer with the most reasonable price I could find. He is a good man, has plenty of experience, knows the courts, was fair and understanding with me, and got me the best custody, and divorce agreement I could ask for. He put my ex wife's high price Bethesda lawyer, and her parent's lawyers to shame, and charged me a fraction of the cost. Before hiring Mr. Wombacher, I was caught up in the SS quagmire. My family recommended I talk to Attorney Wombacher and from that time on things went smoothly. Colleen was absolutely fantastic! I am a wedding photographer that needed my contracts revised to the point where I thought I should start from scratch. She looked over my old contract and then build me a new contract. She knew exactly what I wanted and the first rough draft of the new contract she had sent me needed very minimal change. She was very precise with exactly what she was doing and she met all of her promises with delivery. From the time that we started the contract until the delivery she kept in touch with me and told me exactly what was going on and when I can expect the finalized materials. I highly recommend Colleen's services no matter what industry you are in. She's friendly, responsive and very professional.

I had a case that I discussed with my divorce attorney regarding a 401k settelement but he said I had no case and no chance at winning ever. I left his office and contacted Mr. Smith, and two other attorneys. Mr. Smith, by far, the most knowledgable and very positive about the case. Caleb did an outstanding job for me. He provided expert legal guidance on fighting a proposed suspension. He prepared a rebuttal that was effective, clear, and legally sound. The proposed suspension was reduced to a letter of reprimand. I was willing to take the letter of reprimand and move on with my life versus fighting it at the next level. I know Caleb would have prepared an solid response at the next level, but I was not willing to continue. His rates were very reasonable. The value for the cost was excellant. I have recommended him to several individuals and at least one has retained him as a lawyer because of the work he did for me. I would give him a 5 star rating.

We had a quick reaction need for Temporary Guardianship for my mother and Caleb met with us on the same day to discuss the situation and begin the paperwork. Hiring Mingy Bryant Ball to handle my child custody case was the best decision I've ever made . After years of frustrating experiences with other lawyers, she helped me to find a proper custody agreement that I'm very happy with . She was fair, honest and supportive all the way. I was losing custody of my child while battling complicated side effects from a very damaging and abusive relationship and she helped me to put my life back together and stand up for myself in a proper way. We have been out of court now for some time for the first time in years and I owe much to Mingy for helping me see my way through a very dark and confusing time. Honestly, I have went through many experiences with lawyers, and so far only Mingy has worked to my expectations. She answers phone calls, if not she definitely calls you back. Gives great advice and amazing information. She strives to make the best out of your situation. I was sure I wasn't going to win custody of my little girl, according to other lawyers I wouldn't have. Alyssa was a great selection for my unique case. My case involved a divorce with a military connection as well as the dissolution of a 30 year marriage while also dealing with a disabled spouse. All these conditions created a delicate situation to handle and Alyssa did so with expert ability while also explaining the process and legal requirements all along the way. I was able to receive my desired result while also being fair and honest with my former spouse. Both of us were satisfied with the final outcome of the non-contested case. Brian represented my daughter in an unfortunate felony case. What most impressed me about Brian was his compassion and knowledge. From the first conversation I could tell he really cared about my daughter's case. At the same time he was very realistic and informed me and my daughter of all the options. My daughter's case was eventually dropped to a misdemeanor for which she is serving probation only.
He also assisted her with anothe problem that she was having with an old relationship. He was under no obligation to do this but I think he did it truly because he cares about his clients.
Brian is truly an exceptional lawyer. I highly recommend him.

Brian Bouffard defended my son in a criminal case approximately 2 years ago, after having been highly recommended by another attorney whom I greatly trusted. He was absolutely incredible in my son's defense with an amazing trial presence against the DA, who was literally blown out of the water and even laughed at by the jury. My son was indeed innocent, but had a look-a-like, who used his vehicle in a criminal mischief act. Brian was kind, concerned, methodical and brilliant in trial, as well as before in hearing evidence, as well as thorough investigation of the evidence - THOROUGH! A police officer who handled the case walked into the courtroom strutting and left with his head hung low after he committed perjury about the case, which Brian called him out on. I could not more highly recommend any attorney. Brian is absolutely incredible and a brilliant defender!

Mr. Corsini represented me and my running mate in a complicated and time sensitive election law matter in Superior Court in Somerville. He won the case for us, but what I was most impressed with was how accessible he was and his attention to detail. Kathryn Freiburger is top notch, and I have all of the respect and trust in her work as an attorney. I had an incredibly slim chance of staying in the military (5-10 percent per my commander). I spent 18 yrs dealing with attorneys who did nothing to assist me in my nightmare with my ex-wife putting me further and further into debt and despair. Every time I turned around the ex was taking me back to court for one reason or another regardless that she received a excellent support and extra expense funds from me, even when our boys lived with me full time for a year. Over the years I had numerous attorneys, none who fought for me or even cared about the truth. None of them went into court prepared to fight, to prove the truth. For example, my ex took me to court stating I owed over $1000 in back child support. This was false as the money was automatically taken out of my paycheck each pay period. My attorney at that time told me it was only $1000 and I should just pay it. He was fired. The years continued with similar attorneys, even those I spent more money on because they weren't local. Every time we would go to court I would be the one that put hours into going over financial statements and bills for myself and I would constantly have to whisper in my attorney's ear during court letting them know what was being said wasn't true and that my ex was lying about her financial situation., Nothing was said, nothing changed and I had to sit there while the judge bought the lies and deceit and awarded her more money each time. I ended up having to work 2 side jobs while holding down a full time career, so my new wife and I could survive. My ex was engaged living in his home paying his double mortgage payments each month to pay his home off quicker because they had all of my money on top of theirs. Not to mention the injustice because in court she claimed she paid a high priced mortgage but it was not her home and it was high priced because by choice, they were paying double. No attorney, prior to Ms. Gorham, ever brought that out in court. At one time, with the incorrect advice of a previous attorney, I ended up over paying my ex $15000 in a 3 year span and a judge awarded it was a "gift". Frustrated, at the end of my rope, I found and retained Sarah, not really having any expectations. All I can say is WOW! Sarah kept me informed with every little detail, she took notes and went over every little thing that others had ignored. I was shocked at how well she went over all the financial statements I made, as well as my ex's. This was typically never done by any previous attorney. Ms. Gorham remembered details that I had not and it was all brought out in court...even finding my ex-wife in contempt (something no other attorney attempted to do). Sarah not only won my case but with the truth finally out in the open, even the judge apologized for what I had been through. I still can't believe I finally had justice and I am forever grateful. Sarah is caring, thorough, professional and diligent and I would highly recommend her. During my 18 years of constant battles with an ex-wife I gave up on getting a fair shot in court, until Sarah came to represent me. I hired Adam Werner when I was seriously injured at work. Before I found him I had almost given up trying to fight Workers Comp. I couldn't get medical care, couldn't work, was barely able to walk, and wasn't receiving anything from my job or Work Comp. Within a week or so if talking to him and hiring him to represent me I had doctors appointments, rides to and from when I needed, and started receiving indemnity benefits (pay checks). Reed worked with me recently when I was dealing with an employee that was attempting to steal business from my insurance agency when he left to work at another brokerage firm.
