I am a business man and have been fighting with my landlord for almost 8 years. Before I hired attorney Park, I had have six attorneys who speak English as their first language. Attorney John Kakinuki tremendously helped me with my divorce proceedings. He said divorce wasn’t his specialty but mine was an international marriage and he is expert in international work and was recommended by mutual friends in our church, so he worked hard to make sure everything went right.

I hired Mr. Walters to handle a case dealing with an apartment complex that failed to provide services regarding an issue with hot water. The case went to trial. I have dealt with and hired many lawyers over my years. Personally, I have never experienced a lawyer who is so diligent in their works. While going through a trying experience I was lucky to have found David Walters. He is positive, supportive and knowledgeable and did whatever he had to do to win my case. This fine gentleman took me out for some Texas BBQ and we talked a little business. I told him I was stuffed and he smiled and said, "you're not done yet!". He then spoon-fed me some of the best potato salad I've ever had. And then we talked some more about my case. I spilled some peach cobbler on my shoes and he pulled out a handkerchief and within seconds it was gone. What a classy man! I am really feeling optimistic about my case and am very glad to have met such a fine gentleman. I know I am in good legal hands.

Mr. Sapienza is the most honest, straight forward, no holds barred man I have ever met. I was hurt at work in 1999. I had 3 back surgeries between 2000 and 2002 and I was only in my early twenties and couldn't work. I applied for social security disability and was denied. I knew it was time to find an attorney and get the legal help I needed. Two small mouths at home to feed and a husband that was working 3 jobs just to keep food in our mouths was the hard journey we were facing. When I first met Mr. Sapienza he told me he would take my case, but that we had a hard fight ahead of us. He told me I had two strikes against me already, one, I was young and two, I didn't look like I was disabled. I just wanted to cry. I couldn't lift over 5lbs, I had to have help washing my hair and I could even pick up my two young daughters. Mr. Sapienza looked at and said " I said it wasn't going to be easy, but I will fight for you!" I felt a wave of relief and the journey started. I called Mr. Sapienza frequently frustrated with the slow government process and each time he took my calls or called me back within 24 hours. Each time he answered ALL my questions, explained all the technical jargon in laymans terms and would tell me to hang in there and not give up. We filled out form after form and waited patiently for the next step. In the end we ended up in Pittsburgh in front of the Workers Compensation review board, I underwent a gruelling physical and demanding questions all with my smiling, encouraging attorney by my side. I was determined disabled and started to cry. It is one thing to know you have disabilities, but its something totally different to be told that you are basically useless. I thanked Mr. Sapienza for sticking by me with all the odds against me and for putting up with all my neurotic pestering. I stayed on Disability until around 2005 and many bouts of physical therapy. I have since gone back to work, took college courses for a medical career and have been working ever since for a local doctors office. Mr. Sapienza taught me that a disability isn't my life, it's just a stepping stone along the way. Thank you again Mr. Sapienza, you are an absolutely amazing attorney, man and all around human being. I am a physician who had never hired a lawyer before to perform a contract review, and I paid for it dearly on my first go-round. This time around, I found Justin, and what an incredible difference he has made. Not only was he courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and available when I needed him, but he was also extremely professional and very kind. He called exactly when he said he would, he emailed me edits exactly when he said he would, and he offered ideas and suggestions that I hadn't thought of myself. And to top it off, he negotiated all of the agreed upon changes with my new employer without me having to lift a finger. He emailed back and forth with them, spoke to them on the phone about my desired contractual changes, and he really advocated for my best interest. And the whole time he kept me in the loop, with full transparency of the conversations he was having with my employer, which allowed us to modify our strategy and requests live. By the end of the process, I got most of what I was looking for in terms of requested changes, including a lot of "big ticket" items that were especially important for me. Oh, and he also provided me with a market analysis of my employer's compensation package, which allowed me to know where I stacked up nationwide in terms of fair market compensation. I also liked that he remained objective in his counseling of me; he didn't fill my head with smoke or anything like that. He was honest and earnest throughout the entire process, which is a very rare quality amongst people nowadays. All in all, this was an absolutely GREAT experience, and I will be using Justin and his company exclusively in the future should I ever need these types of services again.

A year ago, I found myself in a tough position. I had just gotten a DUI, and as a member of the armed forces I was notified that my security clearance would be under review. My job in the military is my sole source of income, and if I lost my security clearance, rightfully so I would lose my position. I was told that I had thirty days to provide a rebuttal, so I had to act fast. I knew I needed a lawyer with an extensive background in security clearance law. I did some research, and within a few days I had found Mr. Ciuca. Once I contacted Tony and explained my situation, he wasted no time at all. Within a week, he helped me gather all of the paperwork I needed and provided me with an outline of how he was going to draft my rebuttal to the security clearance review board. Soon after, he authored a rebuttal letter for me, and after a day or two, I submitted my final response to the review board. A few months later, I was notified that I would be able to keep my security clearance. I can’t express the gratitude that I have for Tony. He was right there with me every step of the way, and wasted no time. His speedy and well drafted response helped to save my career, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I highly recommend Joseph Sembrot if your seeking skilled legal defense. I was a client for a little over a year. He did some great work for me. Frank was wreck amended by a friend (in the firm) and the interview was set up by him. So we thought what do we have to loose we went to the office and had a conference with Frank. We explained what happened and gave Frank all the information and he said he thought he could something. So we left it in Frank's hands not knowing what the out come would be if anything. Attorney Jordan is thorough, professional, kind-hearted and most importantly he GETS THE JOB DONE. From our initial consultation he was very considerate of my unique situation; As an out of state full-time professional student, my future was at stake for a crime that was completely out of my character and that would surely hinder my my career pursuits if convicted guilty. I highly recommend Mr. Anthony P. Troiani to anyone who needs legal advice. I can honestly say I trust him and felt throughout the long process, he truly cared for my case as if it were his own.I was charged and jailed, alleged DWI. Shortly thereafter made my phone call and phoned a friend who left a message after hours with Mr. Troiani' s office. Mr Troiani contacted the jail personnel, exchanged information with authorities and a left message for myself all before 8:00 a.m. This city was not home for Mr. Troiani or myself. He continued to gather information from the DA, multiple expert witnesses’ documents, made multiple court dates requiring plane travel. He communicated well and established rapport with prosecutors, as if they were his home town friends and resolved the case without my receiving a trial, DWI conviction, probation, community service, and only a $100.00 fine and minimal court costs. I feel confident that this fine would have been avoided had I risked a jury trial and spent several more months waiting on a trial.

Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul!
