I've had a great experience with Guidant Financial. Michael Stein and Matt Hoops were amazing to work with. I was looking for an option after retiring from the Corp. life. Leveraging my 401k was a great way to create a revenue stream. The process was fast and thorough. I would recommend this to anyone. Do your research on the right business, then they take over and complete the process. I actually went in one direction to start a business and decided to change. They give a certain amount of advice as well. Still your decision, but it helped me greatly. There's always a cost and when you use the best it does cost. Well worth it.

I called Guidant for guidance in using the ROBS act to fund my new business. After talking to their reception counselor, I was contacted by Keith Tracy a ROBS expert! He gave me way more valuable information than I ever imagined. He gave me this information at the detriment of being able to do business with me to start my business. Long story short, he showed me a provision in the Cares Act that would enable me to fund my business without incurring debt nor the restrictions of a C Corp and the ROBS act. Thanks again Keith and Guidant for saving me from what could have been a nightmare situation!
