I called Guidant for guidance in using the ROBS act to fund my new business. After talking to their reception counselor, I was contacted by Keith Tracy a ROBS expert! He gave me way more valuable information than I ever imagined. He gave me this information at the detriment of being able to do business with me to start my business. Long story short, he showed me a provision in the Cares Act that would enable me to fund my business without incurring debt nor the restrictions of a C Corp and the ROBS act. Thanks again Keith and Guidant for saving me from what could have been a nightmare situation!
